Kaeru saw right through the forced smile which made him cradle the dog’s face in his hands, lifting it up, so he could descend his beautiful head to kiss the boy. His tongue stroke the lips before diving in between the two halves as he gave a heated kiss to his favorite.

Mik blushed turning a light pink. He closed his eyes, enjoying his master kiss him like that. After he pulled away slowly he looked down at his hands with a small blush.

He frowned a bit, as this was the first time for Mik to push him away, but he understood as others flung themselves away when they saw him with other experiments. "Mik…" He gently pushed the hanged head up so the boy would meet his eyes. "Mik… I told you that I love all my experiments did I not?" He asked softly and with rare kindness

"I know master, I understand perfectly. Please just ignore my feelings, I'm just a slave and here to do what you please," He smiled up at his master though inside his heart felt crushed. He'd never fallen in love before and seeing the one he did love with another had hurt him, like it would any other person.

"Mik…" He sighed and pulled the boy into his arms so that the boy’s head would be snuggly held into his chest. His face was buried in Mik’s soft hair as he nuzzled him. "I can’t say I know how you feel but… many others have felt the same as you… if it’ll help you can go out and talk with them. They’ve accepted the fact that I like more than just one of you. The boy you just saw loves me as well, maybe even more than you do. Do you want me to be with him and not with you?"

Mik looked up at him and smiled, "W-when you love someone...you want them to be happy I suppose. I've never been loved or been in love before so I really wouldnt know...but because I love you I want you to be happy. You don't have to love me back, just be happy...that's all I want..." He burried his head back in Kaeru's chest and closed his eyes. He still hurt inside but was glad to tell his master how he felt.

"I am happy, love. /You/ make me happy. And so do all of my favorites outside of my room. They make me happy too." He pondered a bit as he continue to embrace his favorite. "Would it make you a little happy to say that you’re the first one to stay in my room? The reason why I can only have ten favorites is because I only have ten rooms for them. Each of my favorites get their very own room and bathroom, that is why so many want to be my favorite. But I haven’t even showed you your room, since I…" He pulled Mik back to nuzzle the dog’s neck affectionately. "want you all to myself."

Mik blushed feeling his neck nuzzled. "I-I have my own room?" He looked down at Kaeru the blush turning a deeper pink. He placed his lips on his master's cheek and kissed him softly, then made a small smile.

"Mmm…All of my pretty pets do, but I want you to myself, my pretty. You’re the only one who’ll allowed to be in my room, even without my permission ok?" He asked as he nuzzled Mik’s soft skin again.

Mik blushed even more, "R-really? Master..I'm really not that special I dont deserve something like that." He placed his head on Kaeru's chest and looked up at him.

"Yes, you are." Kaeru said firmly. "You are my special favorite thus you receive special privileges… but, of course, I don’t want you on any other bed than mine…" He wanted to make his point crystal clear by holding Mik’s buttocks, squeezing a bit roughly, while pressing the dog to himself which made their fabric-clad arousal touched.

Mik looked at him and blushed even more. "N-no other bed? So, I'll stay with you?" This made Mik feel happy, he wanted to stay with his master as mush as possible. He kissed Kaeru's chin softly and smiled.

“Yes, love, you’ll stay with me. But, unfortunately, I can’t be with you /all/ the time. I have a job to do, you know. Feel free to go out to the main room where most of my experiments stay when they’re not in their room. There’s a kitchen, televisions, cushions and just about everything to make you guys happy. And if there’s something you want, just ask. I’ll be happy to oblige.” He held Mik’s hand up for a kiss on the back of it as he started into the pup’s eyes. These are only a few of the reasons why Kaeru is well-known in the dark and painful world of Metamorphoses as he is one of the very few scientists who actually made rooms for his pets, give them luxury that many are denied of, and so much more. “You can also go out of these rooms and out, and don’t worry…” He said in a low tone. “I’ll find you wherever you are. I /did/ put a tracking device into you as I do to all my pets. You can do whatever you want, go wherever you want, and none other than myself will you need to obey. Even if it’s some other scientist, you don’t need to heed their words as you are mine pretty one. The only one you need to watch out for is Dr. M.” He shrugged his swan white shoulders. “But don’t worry, no one ever sees him.”
