How is it possible.. that you'd so easily let me go on with my mission? I couldn't do it.. I felt like I'd be betraying you, even though nothing in this would involve you...
-he kept his eyes shut tight, sealing away his emotions inside his eyes-
I don't think I can do this anymore.. I've already broken the oath by sharing this information with you. But, I couldn't help it.. I felt I needed to. I still don't know...
-her arms around him was slightly comforting as he placed his hand over hers gently, sighing heavily-

"Have you forgotten that I haven't been here long? And besides, you're the only one that I've really got to know anything about. Tsuu, whatever you decide, I'll be there to help or protect you."
She gave him a gentle squeeze. A ripping sound could be heard from behind Aven along with several popping and cracking sounds. Her whole body became limp and she fell away from Tsuu onto the ground. Curling up into a ball she let out a loud scream and started withering around on the ground, a small pool of blood had gathered on the ground near her back. She continued to cry out as bone-like structures slowly came out of the now open wing blade scars and grew out until they became two large wings filled with shimmering white feathers which were smeared with blood. After they had grown out to their full extent, she stopped crying out and lay there limp; her wings drooped slightly from the weight of the blood on them.

-=[ Goodnight Aven. whee ]=-
Hm? s**t!
-he knelt down beside her, now examining her back which had born her wings. Other than the split skin, she appeared to be ok. He quickly picked her up and brought her into her room, making sure that no one had seen them by using shound shifting movement. He first got some water and some towel, beginning to clean her wings of the blood along with her back. As he cleaned her back of the blood, he noticed that where the wings had broken out from there was no more damage there. It had simply healed-
She's an angel..
-he smiled slightly as he touched one of her wings, which fluttered a bit as he did-
A real angel...
-he put some sheets over her and sighed softly. He decided to stay outside of her room in front of her door, just for the night. So he found some pillows from the main room and sat against the wall, a pillow behind his head and back with a blanket over himself-

Sphinx dwelled within a tree branch in the courtyard. A rabbit mask concieling his identity.

-Feeling stuffy, Sphinx walked into the main room, taking off the mask for some fresh air.-

Aven's wings flutter slightly as she slept on and folded around her body incasing her in pure white feathers. She shifted in her bed as more dreams flooded her mind. Giving a small whimper she shifted once more and continued to sleep.

Huaaaaaaaaaaawwh.....*Sak walks out of the Rai dojo into the main room, stretching his arms above his head widely, yawning for a good half a minute as he walks towards the front of the room. He heads over to the front doorway, and pushes the doors open; he stands in the door frame, leaning on the left lintel, blinking a bit, yawning once or twice more* Mmmm...that was a nice nap...

Slowly her eyes open and she looks about her though she couldn't see anything due to the feathers from her wings. A shocked look covered her face at seeing the feathers around her. Sitting up she stretched her arms and her wings stretched out slightly too. She gave an inward laugh and got off of her bed and folded her wings behind her. When she opened the door she looked down the hall and saw Tsuu sleeping near the door. She smiled warmly and kneeled down beside him. With her hand she touched his cheek softly then stood back up and walked out into the main room.

She sighed and continued on her way outside. When she was far enough away, she stretched her wings out to their full extent and fluttered them slightly. She turned back to face the dojo then looked at the sky and beat her wings a bit faster. As she gained elevation she turned slightly and began to move over the tops of the forest away from the dojo.

-Tsuu finally woke up from his long sleep, sitting in the hallway just outside of Aven's room. He stood up slowly and stretched, listening closely he heard nothing of Aven's heartbeat or breathing, and peered inside to confirm she wasn't inside. He walked through to the main room, found no one, then headed outside to sit on the steps of the dojo. He could hear the fluttering of some bird he assumed-

The sound of wings grew louder and louder until it was apparent that it was no bird at all. Aven was very high in the sky above the dojo, having come back from her self training of flight. A few feathers twirled downward and landed near Tsuu; and Aven began her desent from the sky. Soon enough she had touched foot on the ground and gave her wings one last beat before she folded them behind her. Standing up straight, she looked over at Tsuu and smiled.
