Saiga looked up from her spot in the restaurant, thinking to what the silver haired swordsman had said. "So..he's safe...out there, Eh?" she called to herself, as her food was placed in front of her. "Well..if that idiot decides to pop up on the last day, and try to apologize like everything's gonna be fine...He's got another thing coming. I'll clock him, butt good...Maybe try to knock the stupid out of him." She knew he would be okay...But, she wished he would worry her a bit less. He was famous for that now.....But still. Soji hadn't been wrong when he implied that the town would be under siege before they knew it; he may, however, have underestimated the amount of forces who would make it their personal mission to break up and overwhelm the Restoration Faction's forces, storming into Inaba with the goal of taking down as many of their enemies as possible. It seemed that other factions were aware that their own had the most members of all of them, including the invaluable backing of their leader, Soji Seta, and of course, the linchpin to this entire operation, the Demi-Fiend Kisa. Without her, he wasn't sure if they even could have a say when everything was over and the Conception was about to begin, but that was why everyone was trying so desperately to beat her and force her hand. There was a strange element of fair play, in that sense, to this tournament...where even the strongest and most important would have to kowtow to the will of those whose will for Humanity proved the strongest...but at the same time, the odds were heavily stacked in their favor. That, however, made their enemies all the more desperate. And desperate enemies took extreme actions. Genji found that out the hard way when a young man sent a little Obariyon into the Yasoinaba Station moments before the berry-haired heir was about to leave with Minori...strapped to the teeth with explosives!

...It cried out almost in excitement. Genji only had a moment to grasp Minori's arm and leap behind the station's wall for cover, the explosion knocking even that wall half-over and bombarding his back with rocks and debris! He could feel his back bleeding, but didn't have time to assess the damage before he stood up from overtop of his girlfriend's body, glanced to the outside of the gate, and saw the angry-looking young man peering in through the shattered steel and brick to see if he had managed to take the two of them down and score one for his True Chaos faction. ...Such a dirty trick, an underhanded, murderous intent! Suicide bombing?! Was this what this war had already come to? He crossed the distance between them, over the rubble of the wall, and slammed a palm into the young man's chest so hard that his breath left him entirely and his eyes went white, rolling into the back of his head.
"If you cannot fight with honor," he spoke in a low, dangerous tone as the young man crumbled into a heap at his feet, "Then you have no right to choose the fate of our world!"

Nix managed to escape the swarm of Yosuga supporters but didn't spell the end of her troubles. She was not only in pain but was starving. It was incredibly difficult to find food that wasn't hazardous to ones health. Since she was asleep for an entire day, she hadn't eaten in that long. So it was no surprise that her body was demanding something to keep going. And as if to answer the silent prayer, a man with blue hair walked by. He was selling a wide assortment of items in return for tokens, something she kept finding around town. One item stood out to her and she wasted no time in purchasing it. A Passion Fruit and one that wasn't half rotten at that. Nix thanked the man and hurried to find shelter to enjoy the food in peace.

He hadn't meant to hit the man as hard as he did...or rather, when he started to cool down after taking him down, the intense feelings that filled his heart at the idea that Minori had almost been hurt by the dastardly suicide bombing attempt began to slowly seep from his body. It had all happened so fast...seeing the Obariyon enter the Station all wired to blow, tackling Minori out of the way of the explosion behind the wall, the searing pain and heat against his back as it went off, and then the intense anger and sadness that filled him as he leaped across the distance and smashed his palm into the one who was responsible for the explosion's chest. Now that the man lay unconscious and barely gasping for air, his adrenaline dumped and his limbs went slack for a moment. Suddenly the sharp pain in his back that he had been ignoring returned, the feeling of something slick and warm sliding down his lower back in crimson rivulets alerting him to something...some bit of shrapnel or debris, stuck loosely in the skin. He winced at the feeling, sinking to a knee by the man's body for a moment as he reached his arm around and grasped at it...a bit of the brick wall, it seemed...and tugged it out, ignoring the ugly feeling of blood pouring from the wound a moment later.
He tore away a piece of his left sleeve without thinking and pressed it to the wound, slowly standing in spite of it, turning back to Minori a moment later. This war was more intense than even he imagined now, between the two factions. He had hoped that somehow they could remain civil until the winner had been decided, but this was as far from that idea as possible. Was this what the other factions were capable as well, or just the one to whom he had been pledged? Genji made his way to the rubble fallen in and the blonde girl safely tucked away inside of it. He didn't know what to say...but he felt a sudden need to break the tension.
"Are you all right, Minori?" he smiled handsomely, though his cheeks were still flush with the emotion of the past moment, blood staining his hand as he plugged the wound in his back still, "I was afraid that you might have been hurt..."

After eating the passion fruit, Nix stayed inside the half ruined home to relax while she could. It would be bad to engage in a fight right after a meal anyway. If it was a strenuous one then she ran the risk of well.. losing what was eaten. So while the silverette surveyed her surroundings, she found another one of the odd trinkets laying around. This would make the third one today.. How odd. After pocketing the talisman, she carefully changed the bandaging around her arm since she was able to take a roll of fresh ones from Tokyo..

Nix's period of peace didn't last very long as the walls around her started to crack and crumble. The Yosuga demons were once again upon her but this time were planning to bring the house down on top of her. The silverette quickly got to her feet and summoned some demons to cover her as they all ran towards the exit. She barely got out in time as the building collapsed and the enemies gave pursuit. Nix got out of the residential area as fast as she could, knowing the was far outnumbered..
