Leprechaun and the Voices "Everyone... All of them." He took a deep breath, trying his best not to cry at the next part. "After a while... I found a towel. I cleaned myself off as best as I could, and left. And as I was leaving... a car pulled up. The window rolled down, and there was a little kid, like... 6 or 7. She just looked up at me with those innocent little eyes... saying:" He tried his best to imitate her voice. "Hi there! I'm here to find my mommy and daddy..." "Then... the babysitter that was driving leaned over to look at me, and asked:" "Have you seen Mr. and Mrs. K? They were supposed to be home last night..." Mephlius closed his eyes. "And... I knew why they were there. And... I just couldn't bare to make eye contact. So I turned... and ran."

Amnity listened to his story, nodding every so often to show that she was listening. She could see that it was hard for him to talk about it, so she looked away for a second to relieve a bit of pressure. "It wasn't your fault..." She turned back to him, not smiling of frowning. It was a sympathetic expression, warm and understanding. "You...You were just in the wrong place st the wrong time..."

Amnity refused to believe it, and it was obvious that she didn't by the look in her eyes. "No, I refuse to believe that you don't have self-control. If you didn't, would I still be alive after your last transformation?" She didn't want to bring it up, but he needed to know at least about the little control he had.

"Ah, so you admit that you at least have control!" Amnity smiled brightly, it was all she needed to know. "That's the first step, and I'm glad you took it." The church choir began practicing, singing a lovely hymn right on cue. The hymn was familiar, but she didn't know the words, so she just hummed to it. She looked back at Mephlius and smiled, trying to brighten up the mood, at least just for a moment.

"I don't have..." He sighed. "I mean... I don't usually have control. I mean... I've never had control, unless you're there. And even then, it was only enough control for me to jump off a building..."

"First steps Mephlius. If you keep denying that you have control...." She looked at him seriously now, the smile disappearing from her face as she stopped the humming. "Are you going to at least try to gain more control over your lycan form? Or are you just going to linger in the past and hope that it doesn't consume you in the future?"

Mephlius took a deep sigh. "Look, we don't spend all day talking about your problems... can we get off of mine?" Obviously, it was a very sensitive subject that he really didn't like talking about. Although, Mephlius had no faith that what he just said would deter her at all...

Amnity narrowed her eyes a bit, not liking Mephlius' tone at all. "...I may not like talking about my problems, but at least I have faith in trying to solve them. If you want to push away the fact that you need to control that beast inside you then I'm sorry I tried to help!" She unconsciously emphasized the word beast in her anger. She wasn't used to controling her anger...Especially toward Mephlius.

Lily made her way up to the Cathedral and tossed her cigarette into the street before walking up to the doors. This place always made her uncomfortable, the crosses made her cringe and she could only avoid them for so long before people became suspicious.
When she walked in, the door was quite loud as it shut behind her.
