[ xd Now the fun begins. ]
Erin wasn't awoken by the loud thunk Michiyo's back made against the wall when she flew away from him. However, when she attempted to climb over him to sneak away, he began to stir. The coolness of the air against him without her body next to his also aided in rousing him from his dream world. He blinked his eyes open and squinted at the sunlight until his eyes adjusted. Then he noticed her trying to crawl over him. Right on cue, another small blush crept on his cheeks and he cleared his throat. Obviously the alcohol's effects on her consciousness would have worn off, but he suspected she'd have a hangover. He was mostly concerned about her reaction to him being there though, and he fought for something to say.
"Erm....good morning," he said gently, "How's your head..?"

She froze mid-crawl when she heard him speak. Awkwardly positioned with one arm on either side, her head snapped round to meet his eyes. "G-good morning," she replied flatly, her face heating up. Her gaze flew all over the place for a moment, before quickly retracting her body from where it had been hovering over his to set up post snugly against the wall again.
As she fixed her eyes on a small hole in the mattress, fingers reaching out to pick at the edges, she thanked the ungodly headache that was raging around in her head, as it was probably the only thing that was preventing all the frantic worrying and questions she really didn't feel like stomaching right now. "My head's... fine," she lied, a sharp pain shooting out from her temple as if to reprimand her for it, and she couldn't suppress a wince.
With her free hand, she pulled up the cover as high as it would go, before clearing her throat, eyes still gazing at the mattress. "So," she started, as nonchalantly as she could manage, "What... did I miss?"

When Michiyo showed obvious signs of discomfort, Erin quickly slipped out of the bed, grabbing his shoes. He noticed her wince at the mention of her head, but he felt there was nothing for him to do about it now that she was aware of what was going on. He turned to half face her and cleared his throat a little before speaking quietly.
"You fell asleep in the Common Room. I brought you back here, and when I tried to leave, you asked me to stay...so I did. We both fell asleep. That's everything," he partially lied, before turning away again and heading towards the door.
He paused before opening it and turned to look at her one more time, "If you decide you want something for your head, I'd be glad to whip something up for you in the kitchen."
