Justin smiled as the ships went up in flames. "Awesome....." He said, glad that this ordeal was over.

Sonic pulled himself back in, pushing the door closed, sitting down next to his echidna friend. "How you holding up?"
"I haven't dropped dead yet, so I'd say that was a good sign." Knuckles closed his eyes.
"Lucky my aim was off," Shadow said, "Or you would've been dead long before now."
Knuckles was silent a second. "You missed on purpose., didn't you?" he asked, eyes still closed.
The corner of Shadow's mouth twitched.
Even though he couldn't see it, Knuckles grinned a bit, indicating he knew it happened(the mouth twitch, by the way xD). "Just so you wouldn't have to return the five dollars you borrowed from me if we beat Metal and let you live."
"Maybe." He smirked.
"You b*****d." Knuckles commented jokingly.
"Another crisis averted, huh?" yawned Rouge, stretching.
"Yep." Luna put away the Lotus Gem in her pocket.

Justin yawned a bit, his eyelids heavy. "Man, I just can't stay awake today!" He joked. Passing out so much in one day was a bit annoying for him.

The young ice demon chuckled a bit, shaking his head. "Uh...no thanks." He told Sonic.
Dante looked back at Shadow and Rouge. "Well, this was quite the adventure. Didn't fight any demons, but that Metal guy was insane. By the way.....I still get paid, right?" He asked.

Dante gave Rouge a smirk. "Thanks. And, I'll have you know that for me, it's mostly money. In my experience, a fine lookin' woman is worse than any demon." He joked.

Dante shrugged. "I prefer saving my a** over keeping a shiny rock. I say sell it off." He told her. He was actually glad that he met Justin and Rouge. Justin, because he saved him from Metal, and Rouge, because she saved him from his debt to Lady.

"No problem. S'what I do." Rouge winked at him, smiling slightly. She looked at Luna. She'd fallen asleep, Tails curled up next to her like a cat. She rolled her eyes.
