You don't have to be sorry for making mistakes. This whole thread is designed to correct mistakes, seeing as perfect profiles on the first go are few and far between.

As a genin, you may select your genin rank benefit.

Chakra Points are incorrect. Please see the chakra system for genin level low chakra.

Summon Specialist If the user can utilize a summon, being a summon specialist is the way to go. Summons utilized by these ninja are stronger then normal summons, drawing power from the very presence of their summoner. Summoning Specialists are also able to use summons at the rank of Genin. [normally not available until Chuunin]
(Summons are stronger by 1 rank)

Offensive: This users attacks are stronger and defense is good, but the draw back to this Ninja Type is that they use lots of chakra fast and it takes longer for them to learn.
(+1 rank for jutsu power level, +1 extra post for learning jutsu, 1.5 x chakra cost of base jutsu [rounded up] for all Offensive jutsu)

Speed Shinobi: Like the name says these ninja are faster and more agile then normal ninja, allowing them to more easily avoid attacks, and to close distances equally fast.
(Move, dodge, and attack speed is one rank higher, hard for anyone below Jounnin to even track these ninja)

@Kano: Rank benefits are added when the appropriate rank is achieved.

You ARE aware that, unless trained in a two-handed weapon style, two nearly five-foot katanas would be impossible to wield simultaneously, right? That, and as a puppet user, you would almost never use them.

@Oxy: You start out with one element.

Please include your primary element in your genjutsu section.

No weapons? Its not required to have them, I'm just mentioning that there are none there in case it was missed.

I'm going to run a weapon through custom tech in a little bit.

Can I just add Sinbon and Razor wire to the weapon section because they are not there and i wanted to okay them

Steel wire is already there, and senbon are not there because senbon are atypical weapons, and must be acquired through RP. So starting with senbon is not allowed.

So razor wire and steel wire are the same? because I want wire that cuts things not just normal wire.

as for the sinbon I have to go to a shop to get them or can I mark it up to being in a clan of crafters and call it a day?

You mean like cheese wire? No, we won't allow wire that will slice people up if they so much as walk through it.

You would need to acquire senbon through RP.
