ken-faita This is almost certainly posted somewhere, but, I cannot for the life of me find it. Every class has a limit to how many ninjutsu they can learn, do bloodline jutsu count towards this limit? it was posted at somepoint in time....but for the life of me i cant find it either! no, bloodline is only limited by number of techniques in the bloodline, and the rank you are capable of learning at the time (gennin up to b, chunnin up to A, etc)

Ok, where is the information on meditation located? I was pretty sure one could meditate for like 5 posts and enhance their chakra pool by 20 once every month or something. Where is that at it? I am definitely having trouble finding things sweatdrop sweatdrop

Where is that at it? I am definitely having trouble finding things sweatdrop sweatdrop its under training missions in the mission area. most are only capable of being performed once

Say we want to create an rpc that is ridiculously taijutsu based. One that is like Guy or Rock Lee, and has utterly no ninjutsu techniques and what not. If we choose the taijutsu class 2x, can we pick the same discipline twice, and simply enhance its perks? The Berserker discipline is really the only one that would support that, and so any other discipline kind of kills the ability to be a sole taijutsu user.

I have a quick question. How would one go about gaining the title and sash of the guardian shinobi 12? I've always wanted to play one.

To be honest, that would first require the existence of a Fire Daimyo, then the selection process of him choosing his guards, who then become the Twelve Guardians. I think it would be something interesting for us to have in Konoha, kind of like the Seven Shinobi Swordsmen or the Kinkaku force, but as of yet, I do not see it happening.

As far as I am concerned we won't be doing root. But I am not Hokage and not in the running for the position next, but the premise Root runs on is just the same as ANBU, but a deeper sect. The next Hokage may go for it, or maybe if you're ANBU Ranked at some point you can present him with the idea.

Another question has occurred. Chakra scalpel on retraining can be the length of a katana...Now, how do you go about blocking it, as its meant to hit internals without harming the outer layer of skin...I think...But seems like it isn't actually solid but still cuts. I'm a little confused on that one.

I've been wondering about this "Sensory Bonus" Genjutsu specialist art supposed to receive. But I don't see anything about it, so to me, it looks like the Genjutsu Specialist don't really have a perk as other specialist types possess. D:

I noticed in the Bloodline Lists that the Kurama clan was not included. Is it possible to have a character be a Kurama?
Also, are there hunter-nin in Konohagakure?
