Rinsing off everything as best as he could (including his wings which he mused aloud that they felt weird when wet), Haro turned off the shower with a satisfied smile. Ah, the smell of clean Haro was a nice smell indeed! (Or so Haro would humbly admit). Stepping out of the shower, the boy instantly wrapped slender arms around his small frame, hopping from one foot to the other as he frantically looked around for some sort of device to warm himself. Dripping wings popped out as the boy pouted. W-what was he supposed to do? He had never...never done this sort of thing before and Shin wasn't around to bombard questions at!
Thus, he must get Shin in here somehow, or at least whine at his through the bathroom door. "Shiiiiiiin! Shiiiiiin! I'm cold, I'm cold, I'm cold..." He cried as he sat on a towel on the ground shivering.
[[X3 Oh Haro. I drew a picture of them, I'll have to finish it soon. I don't know how I ever drew it, 'cause I usually suxxorz at drawing kissiespoos. *^* <3;;]]
------
Picking at an itchy spot on his leg, Wei looked up with an amused expression, his smile flaring into a fanged grin. "Roses, hm? Sure, that sounds fine to me. And...just so you know I will be taking you out, I guess it's a sort of apology that you won't get from our wonderful land lord," he said with a laugh. So, the kids liked flowers? Interesting...
"Well, Everglory park it is then. I think we'll take my car there unless you really want to walk, I just assume that'd it'd be easier to find a nice place to eat outside of the city, thus we would need a car," he explained, making a dash to grab his keys from his room. Dangling them in front of the boy's face as if he were some sort of baby animal, Wei smiled before pocketing them.
"Come on," he murmured, opeing the apartment's front door for Liao.

Shin ran upstairs when he heard the cry. "Hmmm? Don't you have a towel?" He figured if the boy was calling him, he might as well... go in. After all, he didn't like talking through doors. He picked up the small pile of clothes, put the note aside and entered. "Hmmm? What is it?" he asked curiously. "If you're cold, dry off with a towel. If... you... know how...?" he said, suddenly unsure and feeling a little ridiculous for having overlooked the possibility that Haro wouldn't know what to do.
**
He shrugged and followed Wei. "Car is fine... I... don't really like cars," he added with a bit of a shudder. They were either cold and sickly or hot and sticky. And he always felt... closed in inside of them, especially since his mother did not permit him to role down the tinted windows. Cars reminded him of his mother, even if he never really drove with her... She came seperately or not at all. But they smelled like her... that sick perfume she used lingered in their cars. He blinked and the jangle of keys brought him back to the present. He smiled a little hesitantly. "Alright..."

Haro would have brightened up and laughed because he had been using that silly towel as a seat instead of what is really should've been used for, but instead the wide eyed boy cried something nearly incoherent ("OhmygosshajsdI'mnaaaaakedddd!") at Shin before there was a sopping little bird on the towel instead of a boy.

Shin flushed and hurriedly turned away to set the clothes down on the counter. By the time he had dared to turn back, there was Haro, a... bird. He smiled. "Well, I suppose you'll be needing me to dry you off... Birds don't tend to have hands..." He kneeled beside the mass of feathers and stroked his head softly with one figer before he reached up to the cabinet and took out a washcloth, which would be much easier and less heavy. "Unless you want to do it yourself?" he inquired, wanting to be 100% sure Haro wasn't going to... spazz out or something if Shin tried to dry him. ((Bye. <3))

Haro cocked his head to one side, head feathers sticking up in all different directions. Rustling his wings slightly as if to rid them of an excess water, the bird looked up with bright small eyes and twittered something up at Shin that if said in some other language would sound something like, "I don't mind if you dry me off!" The translation wasn't perfect but it was close to something along those lines. Just to make sure Shin would comprehend him...because let's face it, Haro wasn't sure if he could even understand him in this form, the bird nipped slightly at the washcloth and then looked back up at Shin, tilting his little body forward and then back up as if he were nodding.
---------
Wei looked slightly confused at the boy's comment. "There must be somethin' wrong in that head of your's," he said with an affirmative nod before he ruffled Liao's head of bright hair. "'Cause every boy should love cars as much as they love their girl friend," he murmured with a laugh, closing his apartment door behind the teen and locked it.
Heading down the hall and pressing the elavator button, Wei glanced back, "Eh, so why such an animosity towards cars?" He asked casually while waiting for the familiar ding of the elavator announcing it's arrival.

((*dies* I must eat Haro now. He's too cute. xD Only, I'm vegetarian so I'll just have to feed him to my declawed non-outdoor outdoor cat. xD Oo, Shin wouldn't like that. He'd kill me or... bleed on me or something. =o )) He smiled. "Alright, then." He took the washcloth and began to dry Haro off, careful not to press to hard or to do anything that would be painful, but was also careful to get all the water. He had heard something about water in feathers being bad because it would make a duck sink, but Haro didn't swim, so it might not apply to them. All the same, he wanted to make sure the boy was thuroughly dry. He finally finished and then leaned back, looking satisfied. "There you go. All dry. You want me to leave now? I got you some new clothes... They'll be a bit big, but they're clean." He pointed behind him to the pile of folded clothes on the counter.
**
He shuddered lightly, his expression turning back to the coldness of before, his eyes not seeing the elevator door as it opened. He stepped in, shrugging. "I suppose because they're so... closed it... Mum never allowed the windows to be rolled down. And the cars I was in all smelt like her. Most likely because she goes out every night to escape Father..." He shrugged, seeming to return to the present and smiled. "But I'm sure I'll be fine. I mean, it's not like... like you be driving one of Mum's cars, right?"

Haro couldn't fly very well yet due to his flight feathers being clipped, but he could hop nicely. Hopping across the bathroom counter, skidding slightly because he couldn't quite grasp anything, Haro fluttered around until he landed on the pile of clothes Shin had brought for him. Poking through the pile, the little green bird sang something up at Shin that didn't quite mean anything in the human language but was merely a happy little noise that birds sometimes made at other birds. Crawling through the sleeve of the shirt Haro soon popped his head out of the collar of the shirt. Without much thought the bird was not much of a bird anymore. Pulling his arms through the sleeves, the boy smiled brightly, "Thanks!"
[["What're you goin' to do, bleed on me?" Yey for Monty Python that really isn't that funny. D:]]
---------
Wei looked quite pleased with the information. "Well then, I'm sure you'll like this ride. I don't know your mom so hopefully it won't smell like her, and if you're worried about any closed windows you really shouldn't be," he explained as the elavator took them down to the large parking garage.
Walking out a few steps, making sure the boy was following, the older man shuffled through his pocket until he found his keys. Unlocking his car from a distance, Wei smiled as his convertible beeped lightly and lit up in response to unlocking. "Ah, there we are," he murmured, pointing a row behind where they were.
"So, you don't like windows. We can fix that quite easily," he said once the two were at his car. Opening the door for Liao with a grin, Wei quickly closed it for him before walking over towards the other side. Slipping inside the dark haired man turned it on and pushed a button to release the top, which came down nicely and automatically clicked back into place. "No windows," he murmured, clicking his seatbelt into place before starting out of the garage.

((xD But it would be much more serious in Shin's case. Of course, they have developed little shots of things that contain the missing whats-its for clotting so that when Hemopheliacs bleed, they inject them with that and they stop. =D Shin has some with him at all times, but it's best not to bleed because it's expesive.)) He grinned, suppressing a bit of a laugh at the other's antics. He was so helplessly cute. "No problem. Here, I heated up some soup, if you want that. If not, I can cook something else. Hmm... how about pancakes? You like sweet things, right?"
**
He smiled in spite of himself, climbing carefully into the car. "No windows," he repeated with a grin. "And it certainly doesn't smell like her." Maybe it would be alright, although it still felt to him like he was being locked it. Well, maybe not intirely with the top off like that.

[[Out of the 12 factors that make up the clotting process, hemopheliacs are missing factor 8, whatever that is. x3 I was a bit confused about Shin's hemophilia being a huge problem because of the existance of shots, but yes, they are expensive so I guess that's why it's a problem. x3]]
Thankfully the shirt Shin was letting his use was a little more than just loose on him. Shin really was quite a bit taller than him and even if the shirt was a few years old it was still rather long on him, which was always nice granted that he wasn't wearing anything on his bottom half at the moment.
Shifting his position slightly on the counter, the boy blushed furiously as he tugged the shirt further down before answering, "Uhm... I-I don't care. Which you would like is fine with me," he said with a hesitant smile.
------
Wei glanced at the teen for a moment before letting his eyes focus on the city street once more. "Well, I'm certainly glad it doesn't smell like some woman," he murmured before taking a left up at a light at the end of the street. It didn't take more than ten minutes to get to the park, which was odd because Wei figured it would've taken at least fifteen with all the pedestrians...but no matter, he quickly parked the car and slid out.
"Well, I do hope that wasn't too bad for you," he said while running a hand through dark hair.

((Yeah. =o When I first created Shin, I didn't know very much about Hemophelia. But the shots are expensive and it gave me an excuse to make him paranoid in the vampire RP. xD)) He paused, looking at Haro, a slight pink tingue on his cheeks. "I gave you some pants, too, you know..." he said, gesturing to the counter where the shirt had been. ((There's also boxers. =P)) ((Sorry... I have writer's block right now... Dx)) **
He smiled. "It was fine. And at least it wasn't a long drive. I still prefure walking, even if it takes longer..." he said as he got out, stretching slightly. "Hmm, well... I think the roses are somewhere in the middle," he said with a bit of a shrug. "I'm sorry... I didn't even ask if you liked roses."

[[I'm having really bad writer's block/I'm really lazy. :'c]]
Haro nodded slowly before he slid carefully off of the counter, bare feet feeling ...weird against the cold tile. "I was waiting for you to leave," he murmured with a sheepish sort of a grin, picking up the other articles that he had left untouched until just then.
"But, I guess this shirt is kind of long, so-" Murmuring almost to himself, the boy slipped on the other pieces of clothing. They too were a bit big length-wise on him, but he guessed it didn't really matter. Haro was just mainly glad that he didn't have to put back on his own uncomfortabley snug jeans and rather unstylish shirt.
Gingerly taking a few steps forward, picking at pieces of fabric with delicate fingers to keep his borrowed pants from dragging, Haro looked up with a sweet smile, bad thoughts tucked away for the moment. "I think they'll be fine as long as I go slow down stairs," he said with flushed cheeks, the color rivaling the pinks bits of his brightly colored hair.
[[Uhm. I don't know why I just sent this without writing the other half...uhm. I'm more tired than I thought. X'D -writewrites-]]
Wei gave the boy a quizzical look, one pierced brow quirked slightly as he mustered up a flashy grin. Taking a step backwards, the dark young man shook his head of black hair. "What's not to like? I mean, I guess the only reason someone wouldn't like 'em is they were allergic to 'em, right?" He suggested, taking the boy's wrist and pulling him towards the path that hopefully led towards the middle of the park. "Eh, you know your way around this place? I'm not sure if this one's the right one...I'v e only been here a few times," he murmured with a regretful smile, letting Liao's arm go, folding his own across his chest.

"Well, you could always fold them up so they don't trail," he said with a shrug. He smiled, glad to see that Haro seemed to be feeling better. "Here, the food's waiting," he siad with a smile, opening the door and leading the boy out. Once downstairs, he turned the heat under the pot off and ladeled up two bowls. ((I reply to the other one later. I have to get off now. Dx 3))

[[Well, I don't know why I didn't comment on it earlier, but I try to make Haro much more gentle than he usually would be. (Let's just say he's much more touchy feely than I make him out to be. MUCH MORE. XD) He doesn't want to accidently scratch Shin or something. I think he'd probably go off the deep end if he hurt him accidently. :'D]]
Balancing on one foot, which wasn't very easy and ended up with Haro hopping to keep him upright, the boy pulled back one pant leg before attempting to fold back the hem of the other leg. Unforunately the parrot turned boy was even worse at balancing on his left leg and soon found himself sprawled across the kitchen floor with a pathetically soft thump (he really needed to eat more), fingers tugging insensantly at the long pants Shin had let him use. Thankfully he wasn't hurt too much and simply sat up and situated his pants from there. Looking up from his seat on the floor Haro told the other in a very serious tone that he had fixed his pants ("Yes, I think they're okay now...E-eh-") and that the dark haired teen looked very tall right then ("You're very...tall, uhm, but I think it's just 'cause I'm down here though."), more so than usual at least.

((Ahh... Haro... where would we be without him? Certainly not in the fits of giggles I seem to be experiencing...)) Shin laughed, hiding his smile with a hand. He reached a hand down to help the small teen up. "Well, that's certainly fortunate. Now you won't have to trip over my overly-long pants or stub your toes." He looked down at the teen again, his eyes twinkling. "Hmm... and I suppose you do look rather small from up here..."
**
Liao shook his head. "I've never been here before... That's... um... that's why I wanted to come. Alyssa - she's a... a friend - came here once. She knows I like roses and she said this place has some very nice ones... The orange ones that turn pink as they grow. Those are some of my favorites," he said, a bright smile on his face.

[[Fuggin' arial font. <_<;; I want the verdana back. GAKUAHkowetpewrojtert. You don't know troubling this to to me. ;o;]]
The younger teen's sunlight stricken-amber eyes which peered at Shin with familiar fondness, were clouded with hidden hurt and torment, and some shadowed emptiness- but soon the expression vanished, misty eyes clearing quickly, a smile replacing his previous thoughtful frown.
"I-I'm not...that short," he mumbled in his own pathetic defense, because he was indeed that short. Taking the darker haired teen's hand carefully with a sort of distant look, Haro continued to mutter, almost to himself, that he wasn't short and that he was hungry and if they could eat because his stomach was hurting very badly from having nothing in it right then.
---------------------- [[Bold isn't working. o__O;]]
Wei frowned slightly, eyes wisking from one path to another. "Well, let's just hope all these paths lead to the same place. Otherwise we could be here for a while, but it's still early. I think we have some time for error," he said with a slightly amused grin. Heading towards the small trial infront of them, the dakr man looked back, green eyes flashing, "Eh, why do you like the pink and orange ones best?" He asked, muttering that he probably just likd the normal red ones best, not mentioning that the color looked remarkably like blood or something along those lines.
