Upon Shinji's return I had an idea...
1 - I'm going to initiate a training class, where once a day, Shinji will demonstrate a Doton ninjutsu to the village academy students/Genin, thereby teaching everyone at once.
...this will be like a regular class, and each jutsu can only be learned on the day it is posted in the Training grounds. Essentially, from the time I submit the post, you'll have about 24 hours to respond and meet the necessary post requirements for the jutsu. After your post (depending ont he quality) I will have Shinji say whether or not you have successfully learned the jutsu. (if not, I may have you perform extra posts until it is done right).
This may not happen EVERY day, but I'm going to try, for at least a few times a week. (There are only so many jutsu you all can learn anyway.)
2 - Squads/Missions --> They will be formed, and people will work on them in groups of 2 or three.
...that's at least what I was thinking.
