I was more thinking along the lines that it has no logical basis behind it. How exactly would you restrict the effect of a chakra suppression seal to a single village? Villages do not have any special ambient features that would allow such a thing. That, and any time someone enters a village peacefully, they will most likely need their chakra for one thing or another, be it training, a special exam, or even a mission. Being restricted to E rank jutsu is not something that would go over well at all, for any kind of visitor. Especially ambassadors. Can you imagine what would happen if a kage walked up the the gates, and the guards said "Yeah, you can come in, but only after we put this seal on you." "What's it do?" "Oh, it weakens you to the level of an academy student, so you should probably avoid upsetting any of our chuunin, genin, or ornery old men. They might kill you." Not going to happen.

Flail: C+ Rank what? Defensive jutsu? Offensive jutsu? Fleshy object? I’d personally just make it shatter when it hits something solid with sufficient force. Or when the user wants it to.

“turns the area in to a flail with a chain.” What exactly does this mean? I know you’re not turning the entire area into your weapon. Maybe a bit better terminology for that?

Blade: Seems fine now. You can drop the rank to C if you want, since it’s not all that powerful. Approved.

Flower: “The user makes a seal a single seal” Could you maybe trim that down? It’s unnecessarily repetitive.

Is “get stabbed on” proper English? I’m honestly not sure if you can use the word that way or not. Maybe get stabbed into, or just, you know, stab.

The grass patch line will make no sense to anyone who hasn’t read my posts here. You may as well just take it out.

Light: Is the crystal that appears real or an illusion? I assume the illusion kicks in if and only if the victim sees the light, correct? Go ahead and remove that bit about tactical ninjas. Being a tactical ninja won’t change how much an illusion affects you. Or are you saying they would be able to fight through it after two posts? Either way, I’d remove it.

I'm fairly sure an ambassador would not be too happy about being branded with a seal that makes it so a genin could assassinate them. Much less so if their bodyguards were also branded. The only thing this seal would do, is make it more dangerous to go to a foreign village than it's ever been before.

It's still denied anyways. I can't think of anything you could come up with to change that, so just drop it.

Description: The user makes a single seal and if it is seen by the opponent he/she is caught in the genjutsu. Once the enemy is caught in said genjutsu he/she can see and feel as if the user would have encased the target in a crystal. ( Lasts 2 posts, the crystallization only gets up to the waist. This jutsu has a 5 post cool down. )

Description: The user makes a series of seals and slams his/her hand on to the ground, chakra is applied to the hand making a crystal that is about 3 inches wide appear under the hand. The user then pulls on the crystal pulling out a 6 foot long chain with a 8 inch ball at the end with two inch spikes. The jutsu will break into small sharp shards that will be scattered everywhere if it hits a defensive jutsu C rank or above.

The clone is able to use techniques one rank bellow the user and at 1/10 of power, once it uses a jutsu, the clone turns to crystals that can then be used by the user. If a jutsu of the crystal release is used, the clone uses itself as a source. It can withstand 2 hits by a taijutsu the user's rank of bellow.

Description: The user makes a single seal that the enemy must see, the enemy then finds the area around him covered by a field of crystallized flowers. If the target tries to move while he/she is in said genjutsu the flowers will shatter and will stab on the enemy's feet and legs. The flowers that are made are up to the user, along with the size ( please.... something reasonable... )

Description: The user makes a series of seals and slams his/her hand on the ground. Then he/she makes a small 2 foot tall red crystal appear on the ground, the crystal makes a flashy red light appear for an instant, said light makes the user's sense of orientation become completely altered, left turns into right, up turns into down and so on. This effect lasts for 4 post. The illusion is only in effect once the target looks at the light. The jutsu can be broken if the crystal itself is cracked or shattered. This genjutsu doesn't affect the user, but if the light is seen by the allies it will also affect them.

Sanjin looked around his surroundings and let out a sigh since his teacher had not gotten there when they had agreed to. " I might as well start alone." Sajin muttered as he scratched his head and pulled out a scroll from his pocket. He reed the scroll and smiled. " This is pretty good." He muttered as he dropped the scroll and made a seal, he placed chakra on his hand and shot it down toward the floor. " Crystal Clone." He said as the ground directly in front of the boy crystallized and rose in matching his size and volume. " You're my new guinea pig. " Sajin said as the clone glared at him and sighed, Sajin then picked up the scroll and reed it slightly . " Let's try this out first." He muttered as the clone looked at him dumbfounded, the real Sajin made a single seal as the clone looked at the seal and rose an eyebrow. " What is th-" The clone said as it attempted took a step forward and found himself in a field of crystal flowers. " What do you see?" He asked the clone as it began to move his leg. " A field of crystal flowers." The clone said as he took the step getting on the flowers, the flower he had stepped on then shattered getting stabbed on the clone's foot and he began to jump on the good foot, and amiss all the jumping he stepped on another flower getting more crystals stabbed on him and he fell getting the crystals along all his body, the sharp pain of this made the jutsu break.

" Not... cool man.." The clone spoke slowly as he got up and glared once more at Sajin. "What's next." The clone said wearily as he found the real Sajin skimming through the scroll once more. "Two more jutsu are coming around now." He said as he placed the scroll on his back pocket and made another seal, which the clone once more saw, this time, he found himself being crystallized, which was a bit odd for the clone, since he was already made from crystals. " Cut it with the genjutsu!" The clone cried as the real Sajin smiled. " As you wish." He said smirking as the clone's upper legs were in cased by the genjutsu. Sajin focused his lightning chakra on to his hand and then shot it down toward the ground and then a chain made of crystal shot up toward him, he jumped back and pulled on the chain revealing the long chain and the ball on the end. " Crystal style: Flail." He said as the crystals got up to the clone's waist and made him immobile, the boy shot the flail at the clone aiming to shatter him into oblivion. " Is this how you treat your clones?" A voice echoed on the area that he was in.


" Oh, Otokage-sama." Sajin said as the kage jumped over the crystal flail and and made it get stabbed on the ground in front of the clone, she then kicked the clone with her other leg making the clone shatter. " Was that really nesesary?" Sajin asked as the kage drew back her foot and looked at the ninja. " Yes it was, that is, if you want to train with a real person." She said as Sajin glared at her and picked up the scroll. " Aight... give me a moment.." He said as he finished reading the other three jutsu, the young ninja then made a seal and made another crystal clone. " Now... Let's make our fight a little interesting." He said as he placed his hand on the clone's back drawing away all of it's color, making it look like a mirror, and act like one as well, he then made yet another seal as a red gem came up in front of the boy, said crystal then let go of a bright blinding light that hit the Otokage directly, she tried to close her eyes but the light was to fast for her, and she was now caught in it's effect. He attempted to jump to toward Sajin, but instead of jumping forward, she jumped backwards a few feet. " Well... what do we have here?" She questioned herself as she remained still not knowing what else could happen if she moved.


Sajin smirked at the good distance between the two ninja, the mirror clone looked at Sajin " Shall I flank her?" It muttered and once Sajin heard this he shook his head. " There's no need." He said as he crossed his arms. " Just run head on." He stated plainly as the clone nodded and ran toward the Otokage, she tried to run forward but ended up running backwards and falling epicly on the ground. " What is this.." She muttered as the clone ran up infront of her. " I think I got thi-" She said as soon as she saw the clone, looking directly at the clone's mirror like body she remaind mesmerized, watching a person on the other side. Meanwhile, Sajin made his way behind the kage and he made a series of seals, as he finished the seals a white blade, as white and pure as snow formed from the ground and the boy picked it up. " This is great." He simply stated as he grabbed the sword and he placed it on the Kage's neck.

Meh, but If I was a Kage I'd assign an ambassador a set of ANBU bodyguards.

Description:
The User lowers their body after making the required handsigns, and suddenly the ground around them for ten meters ices over, and slowly thickens in choice areas so that a huge flower is created. If an opponent is caught on the flower, their legs a foot in height.

This jutsu takes a somewhat large amount of water, half of the water is taken from the vapor in the air, but most of it must be supplied, unless you are in a naturally densely foggy/misty area. { aka You must be around a reasonable source of water to use this technique. }

This is regular strength Hyouton ice, so it takes a taijutsu specialist's strength to break it, or a Katon jutsu of a higher rank to weaken it enough to free one's self.

This is a mainly defencive jutsu that creates an almost perfect chance for a kill shot, however the opponent still has their arms free to use. The Ice weakens if the user is killed to the point that the ice is broken by any movement.

The Flower can take on any flower's shape, but normally people choose the Waterlilly, Because of it's beauty, and the fact that it's edges curve so that one must jump before being able to leave.

Blood ran from his mouth, but his trademark smile never left his lips. " I thought that the chunnin exams weren't going to be this tough. " He said laughing, standing up and looking at his opponent, his chakra still flowing out onto the ground. His chakra spread, freesing the ground, and building up in areas creating a perfect Water lilly in ice. Even the edges arched up, putting the two ninja in a cup of ice. " This is over. Pity, you were a fun match. " Kenji said laughing, as a loud crackling was heard as the opponent's legs were frozen to the ice flower. " Now, Time for you to see my true power... " Kenji said smiling and laughing. Kenji made a bunch of handsigns quickly smiling at his opponent the entire time...

Flail: You still haven't made the edits to this... You need to make the "turns the area into a" line into something more understandable. I see that it changed a bit, so now you're making a crystal, but that actually makes it worse. How about this. The user lays their hand on the ground, grabs, and pulls, and the crystal weapon forms itself out of the ground? That's how I pictured it the way you had it written originally, it just wasn't properly written.

"it the crystal" makes little sense. Drop the it and it's fine though. "that allows it to" should be edited to something more along the lines of "allowing it to".

Flower: Seems fine now. Approved.

Light: Didn't this used to have a line saying the jutsu could be broken by destroying the crystal? If the jutsu is activated simply by seeing the light, can it affect the user, or his allies? Basically meaning, is the entire thing a genjutsu, or is it an actual effect caused by the light?

Kumo:

First of all, this is going to need a water source. I don't care what kind of source really, you just need a lot of water to do something like this. And don't claim ground water or air vapor, cause it's just too much for something like that.

Five inches past the knee is quite a ways on most people. Either make it that in the original description, or remove the note and leave it at the knees.

You have to be either a taijutsu specialist or know strong katon jutsu or else you're dead? That is way too much. The way you have it done up, even if they killed you thanks to having their hands free still, they'd still be stuck there and left to die.

So yeah, unless you fix it up, it's denied.

No. That wouldn't work. The hidden mist jutsu already drags all of the water in the air out to make the mist, if you tried to condense that into something you could freeze without it just being snow, you'd end up with a chunk of ice about the size of a baseball.
