Tai nodded to Matsuya, as he weaved the handseals necessary for the bunshin jutsu. He spread his feet shoulder width apart as he gathered the necessary chakra. With a puff of white smoke, there were two more of Taiji, standing at either side of him. He made a few more handseals, before turning to face one of the clones.
Placing one hand on the bunshin to the left of him, A puff of smoke shrouded the two of him, as he called out the Name of the next technique, The Henge. When the smoke cleared, he was standing there, and the bunshin was gone, but in it's place was a fuuma shuriken.He handed the shuriken to his bunshin, and nodded. The Bunshin Jumped away from him, and hurled the Windmill shuriken at his chest.
Instead of moving, the Taiji took the blade head on, or more like, Chest on, as it lodged into it's abdomen, with a sickening thud. but before most would realize that the attack was missing the element of blood, he was gone in another puff of white smoke.
"Hiya."
Taiji was now standing behind Kensei, as the other of him Vanished.
"How about that?"

Matsuya nodded at the boys. "Good. I can call you genin now." Matsuya stood up, since Saga was no longer on his back. Matsuya took out a kunai and spun it on his finger for a minute before hurling it at Cadence. "Next is the Substitution Jutsu! Now hurry!" Matsuya really did hope the kid got it right the first time. He also hoped the kid would have figured out the handseals from watching the others do it. If not, they might have a problem. And Matsuya really did hate problems, they caused a small pile of paperwork to appear on his desk.

"Sir, I'm interested in showing the strength of Konoha in the chuunin exams. I was looking for your consent. Also, I'm in need of Taijutsu scrolls, I feel as though my physical combat is in need of work. could you possibly have a few scroll that I might be able to use?"
Tai looked to his hokage hopefully.

Happy that he was now a genin, Kensei wanted to get started on training right away. "Hokage-sama, if I may ask, do you know anyone who can teach me some really cool Suiton Jutsu?" As he waited patiently for his kage's answer, Kensei began stretching.

Tai turned to kensei.
"Hey, we need five missions to apply for the Chuunin exams, Kensei. Wanna crank them out? if we do them together they'll go twice as fast."

Matsuya thought for a moment about Kensei's question. "Well...no, not in Konoha. I could take you to Kirigakure but I can't leave at the moment. I suppose I can look for some scrolls a little later." Matsuya looked at Tai next. "Actually, that's a great idea Tai. You two can go fill up your mission quota and when the real me comes back I might just have your scrolls." Matsuya smiled.

Slightly put out by the Hokage's answer, Kensei slumped for a moment before perking back up at the mention of his first mission. "Sounds like a great idea!" Kensei said as he grabbed Tai's arm and started cheerfully skipping his way to the Hokage tower mission board.

Tai brought the dog to the training grounds, and walked him over to the lake. He let the pup off of his leash, and it immediately began running around, barking happily, and rolling around in the grass. Tai kneeled down, and the pup ran towards him, licking him on the face, as tai ruffled his ears and neck happily. There was a rustling in the trees that could only signify one thing; Squirrels.
"Uh-oh."
The dog shot off in the direction of the rustling bushes, with tai on his heels. The dog stopped at the base of a large oak tree, and began to hop on the tree, as if trying to climb it. Tai came over to the dog, and put the lead back on his collar. He ruffled the dogs cute little ears, and smiled big in his face. The dog responded by lapping softly on his cheek, He obviously needed the exercise, and was grateful to Taiji for supplying it.
He trailed back around to the lake, making a lap around it before deciding that this was enough for today. Soon, he'd have to come back for the dog, and take him for another walk. Tai was obviously becoming attached to the dog, and that was okay, he didn't have many friends anyways. "Alright." Taiji said happily, "Lets get you back to the Hokage's office." He lazily began to stroll back towards the Tower, to return his new found friend.
[Mission Completed.]
[Exit to hokage tower.]

Cadence nodded at what he was told. "I got it." He performed the correct seals and then disappeared in a poof of smoke. His body was replaced with a log. "And before you give me the next one, I know that it's Kawarimi no Jutsu." Cadence performed the correct seals and transformed into the spitting image of Matsuya himself. He then released the jutsu and smiled. "So now what's next?"

Matsuya smirked at the boy's eagerness. "Next you tell me what you main element is. Then we start to train in that." Matsuya took out a small scroll of the academy level jutsu for each element. He held them inbetween his fingers and waited.

Saga flagged the Hokage down, "Lord Hokage can I please start my training on the 8 Inner Gates please," she asked panting for breath. "Also I need a scroll for Genin level Genjutsu," she said.

[From Hokage tower] Tai walked into the training grounds near the edge of the lake. It was his job to pick the weeds around the lake today. He began to grab handfuls of the weeds, He wanted to get this done as fast as possible. He stooped down, and and grabbed handful after handful of them, He was getting tired already. "Man oh man, these requests get weirder, and less necessary as I go along." By now he had to get down on his knees, scraping along as he picked. He was getting angry at himself for putting grass stains on his favorite pair of jeans. "How many of these have I picked so far? I've been at this for an hour." This was seeming to get a little tedious as he worked along. Taiji wished over, and over, that this would hurry up and be over with. His hands were getting sore from rubbing the stalks of the weeds, and it was starting to get hot out in the open sun. "Ugh, what is going on, I still have like a fourth of this like to go, and it's starting to make me mad." * * * Finally he was finished, he grinned wide, and wiped his brow. He wasn't just done with this mission, he had made the requirement for the Chuunin exams. He laughed a little as he thought about how much he complained about all of his work. He didn't need to be so whiny about everything, especially with how accomplished he felt about this. "alright, I'm ready, Next up is learning a little kick a**." [Mission Complete]
