Kaori grinned as her splash hit him and then dropped her gaze back to the ground. She glanced up again as he started towards her, tilting her head. At his question, she smiled, trying to push away her concerns about Kai and Meghan for now. She didn't want to ruin the mood here as well. Slowly she nodded. "Yes, this is great," she said softly. "I can see why it was such a privelage to come to the hotsprings back home." She nodded and gazed around herself.

Sai was a little suprised at what she said. "Privelage?" he repeated, raising an eye brow. Usually, anyone could go to the hotsprings when the wanted, to, was her village different? "Don't tell me only select people were aloud in back where you come from," he said softly, putting an arm on her shoulder. He hoped she wasn't offended by his question; some people, after all, didn't like speaking of their homes. "B-but if you don't want to answer, you don't have to," he said quickly, laughing nerviously.

Kaori smiled softly and shook her head. "No, it's fine," she said, voice quiet. "I just remember one time when I was walking with my mother, we went by the springs. I asked her what it was and she told me. So then I asked if we could go in, and she laughed and picked me up. Then she poked my nose and shook her head, saying only the elders and their guests were allowed in..." Kaori smiled fondly at the memory, touching her nose as she mentioned her mother doing so. Then she blinked, shaking herself from the light daze and smiled up at Sai. "So yes, it was like that.." she murmured.

"Oh..." he said shortly. He smiled though; she seemed to be happy either way. "Well, now you get to experience what your elders did," he nodded his head. "So, enjoy what you hadn't before!" So... this is why she wanted to come in? he thought, wondering if that was really the reason. He didn't bother to ask, not sure what she'd say. He just sighed and rubbed his head.

Kaori nodded in reply, thinking uncertainly to herself. It seemed from Sai's question that it was unusual for the hotspring to be closed off to all but a certain few people as it had been for her. But she pushed away these thoughts, deciding they weren't important, and then grinned. "Yes, I am. It's very nice..." She gazed around shortly and then paused, tilting her head. "Are you... enjoying it?" she asked him, suddenly realizing she'd insisted upon coming. She couldn't recall how eager or reluctant he'd been to come when they'd first arrived.

[[drag the brother into it!! and i'll make it worse by doing this; and i hope you laught at my B.E.A.utiful question;]] Sai nodded his head. "Yes, I'm having a lot of fun," he nodded. After a moment or two, he turned to her; he knew he shouldn't but all the same, he just hoped his bubble wouldn't pop. He pulled Kaori towards him as a shiny [[yesh, very shiny]] bubble formed around the two, as Sai fell backwards holding Kaori to him. AFter a moment, they were under water, but the bubbled formed around them so they didn't get wet. "Kaori," he whispered in her ear; he wanted to keep them away from the outside for a few moments. There's no turning back now. Everythings in full swing, he thought to himself. "Kaori... can I... kiss you?" he asked her softly; he was calm as he awaited her answer, knowing she'd probably be so flustered from the question.

Kaori breathed out, looking slightly relieved. "Well, that's good," she smiled. She began running her fingers absently through the water agian, pausing for a second to adjust her towel. Then she paused, blinking at Sai as he moved closer and then pulled her to him. Her cheeks flushed pink as she wondered what had brought about this sudden movement, but she was quickly disracted as she realized they were falling beneath the water. She closed her eyes, reopening them again as she realized she wasn't wet or unable to breathe. She gazed in surprise as what looked like a bubble which had appeared around them, noticing it for the first time. She was about to reach out and touch it when she suddenly realized her claws had a good chance of popping it, so she kept her hands to herself.
She shivered as he whispered to her, suddenly realizing how small of a space they were in. Her face began darkening its shade of red, and suddenly skipped right to crimson at his question. She stared at him a moment, eyes wide as her whirrling mind tried to process what he'd just asked. "I-I..." she began, then closed her eyes, swallowing to try regaining her voice. "....yes," she finally said, voice just a faint whisper.
Kai came running towards the hotspring. He's caught her scent a while back and followed it here. Sai's had still been with her. He skidded to a halt as he saw where he'd ended up and his hand clenched tightly, blood from the cuts on his fingers dripping to the grass. "What the hell are they doing here? Together?!" he cried angrily as he dashed into the building, rushing right through the men's changing room and to the actual springs. He gazed around quickly, looking for them. Damn it, where are they?

[[::shakes head. Kaori, you make me laugh!! You coulda touched it... i wouldn't have minded]]
Sai smiled to her, hearing her response. He chuckled softly, "you coulda touched it, you know." With his hands on her back, he pulled her close to him, pressing their lips together. After a moment, his hand had moved slightly up her back to play with her hair as he had before. His eyes were closed as he enjoyed the moments,, knowing that once they parted and went to the surface, there would be one angry brother, going to want to kill him. The idea of being with his sister in nothing but towels is going to make him want to seriously kill me, he thought; but he didn't care at the moment. He'd worry about that when they were done.

[Well... -paranoid- ><;; And sorry for delays! I'm trying to do too much at once.]
Kaori frowned nervously. "O-oh... I just thought with my claws..." she let her voice trail off, not bothering to finish. Her face was still crimson, somehow managing to darken further as he pulled her close. The next thing she knew they're lips were pressed together. Her eyes snapped shut tightly, arms by her sides. She didn't know what to do with them. She shivered faintly as he began playing with her hair, and slowly raised her arms, placing them gently but probably awkwardly around him as well. She didn't bother to think why he decided to go underwater before doing anything, her mind spinning too much to think straight.
Kai paced around the springs for a while, deciding if he should risk peeking into the girls side. His blood hand was still clenched, dripping crimson liquid on the ground as a darker stain spread on his black shirt from the stab wound in his chest. He hadn't taken the time yet to look at either. Instead, he ran angrily back to the male's side, wondering if he'd somehow overlooked Sai. He couldn't even imagine the possibility that Kaori would go willing into the co-ed section. So, when he caught their scent as he ran past, he skidded to a halt, eyes wide and his first assumption being that Sai had forced her.

[[omg! are you calling me evil? When i saw that, my jaw dropped and i kicked back slightly so i was leaning on the back pegs of my chiar and started cracking up xD]]
Sai knew Kai was looking for them, and that Kaori must feel really awkward, so he pulled back, sighing. "I'm sorry, Kaori. I've kept us from your brother... he's looking for us now..." he said, dropping his head in shame. "But... as soon as we go up, I know that's when we'll first be in danger..." he trailed off. "I... I just don't want you hurt," he finally said, looking up at her with determined eyes.

[No way! You're not evil... xD;;]
Kaori felt him pull away but kept her eyes closed, hands playing with each other nervously before her. Slowly, she looked at him as he spoke, eyes widening slightly as he announced Kai was looking for them. "H-how do you know?" she stammered, face still crimson. She glanced up, but couldn't really see anything past the bubble. Then she turned back to face him, shifting nervously. "Well, it may not look like it from what's happened so far, but I can take care of myself. You don't have to worry." She smiled softly at him, hoping he'd believe her. "I don't carry around that heavy sword just for show..."
Kai paced back and forth at the edge of the pool, deciding the best way to kill Sai. But between his not taking care of it and the heavy sword strapped to his back, he felt a sudden sharp pain in his chest where he'd been stabbed. He sat down hard on the ground, injured hand clamped over it. I realized now how stupid he'd been to grab the dagger with his right hand. Now it'd hurt to weild his sword.

Sai sighed, knowing Kai was steamed. "Well, we'll just say I have my ways of knowing somethings," he sighed, not even knowing himself. He just knew that he saw it in his mind. He blinked for a few moments. "I know that... it's just... if you got hurt again..." he started, looking worried. "Well, I'd just feel really bad and everthing..." he said; it was only half of what he'd feel. In truth, he didn't know how to explain how he'd feel.

Kaori tilted her head curiously, listening to the explanation that didn't really explain anything. After, she was still just as confused as before. But she pushed away the thought, deciding it wasn't important right now. She smiled softly at his next words, then reached out and gently held one of his hands between two of hers. "Well, I'll have just to not let myself get hurt then, won't I?" she said with a nod of her head.
Kai remained sitting at the edge of the pool, almost positive they were there and just avoiding him somehow. He slumped over though, holding his shirt to his chest in an attempt to stop the bleeding.

Sai nodded his head. "I'll make sure, as well, that you don't get hurt," he smiled at her. He believed now that nothing could happen to her; he'd make sure of it. He pushed the two back up so they were standing, their heads above the water as the bubble popped, causing several ripples to pop up everywhere. He looked up, seeing Kai. Blinking for a moment, his eyes widened as he realized how this must look; was he dead now.

Kaori smiled at him thankfully. No matter what, she didn't want to be left behind while Sai and her brother went off to fight or something. She wouldn't know what to do with herself! She blinked as they rose, the stared at the bubble as it popped, realizing they were back above the water. Her eyes widened, the scent of blood instantly reaching her nose. "K-Kai!" she shouted in alarm, leaping from the water and holding her towel in place at the same time. "What happened?" She kneeled in front of him, trying to see his injury.
Kai watched the water, scowling as the bubble emerged. His eyes flashed in anger and he began to stand, hand reaching for his sword, when Kaori suddenly threw herself at him. He stumbled back, sitting again, but catching the girl's hand before she could see. He wondered if that was her intent, to keep him from reaching Sai. "It's nothing," he muttered irritably, then froze as he realized he'd again used his right hand to stop her.
Kaori's eyes widened firther. "It is not nothing!" she exclaimed, turning to Sai fearfully. "His hand's bleeding too!"
