Kurama smiled and walked over, "Let him go, I don't think that he meant anything by it, and I doubt that it would be a good idea to kill one of our allies."

While Kurama was calming Mizuumi down Miete slipped over to Keshoto and pulled the whip off and pulled him towards the guest room, "Don't look back and run."

~*Mizuumi's POV*~

Kurama had walked over to Mizuumi and smiled. "Let him go, I don't think that he meant anything by it, and I doubt that it would be a good idea to kill one of our allies." He said with a calm voice. twisted She smirked and said, "Hm ... Funny you should mention that, I was thinking about decapitating Kuwabara ..." She pulled back the whip only to realize that the girl had released him. ~Hm, clever girl ...~

~*Chi's POV*~

Mizuumi let the hanyou go and he thanked Chi multiple times. He stopped and said, "If you're wondering. All I did was put two and two together. Apparently, something happened like Mizuumi tripped and fell on Kurama, who she apparently likes to some extent." Chi's jaw dropped and the hanyou sighed and said, "Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll be leaving." He paused before closing the door to the room. "Good day. Thank you for your kindness. I will repay you as soon as the opportunity presents itself." Chi had closed her mouth only to see that Mizuumi had her jaw dropped as well. After a few moments, Mizuumi had closed her mouth and eyes. Her wardrobe changed into her ice kimono and her eyes glowed an icy blue. Mizuumi was enraged, and she uttered in a deadly toxic voice, "Hanyou, unless you want me to kill you now, I'd suggest you lock the door behind you when you enter that room ..." Chi was evidently frightened, and Mizuumi was really ticked off.

~*Chi's POV*~

Mizuumi's icy aura had died down and she seemed calm once again. I on the other hand, was a bit afraid. ~What would happen if something like that happens again?~

Kurama grabbed hold of Mizuumi to keep her from killing Keshoto, "Please calm down Mizuumi."


Miete stared at Keshoto and began to feel worried, 'I know that look of sorrow, but there isn't anything that I can do to help him.' She sat against the wall a little shooken up by seeing a look with that much sorrow for the first time in so long in someone other than herself.

Mizuumi stopped and Kurama smiled and let go still standing close.

Miete's eyes snapped open and she sat up at Chi's question. "Don't worry about it. It's nothing really. It's just that the sorrow in his eyes," she pointed to the room where Keshoto was, "Reminded me of things that happened a while ago, and I wasn't able to help then."

~*Chi's POV*~

"I see, well, do you need to talk about it or would you rather keep it to yourself?" I asked politely. ~I know I shouldn't mind her business, but she seems so sad.~

~*Mizuumi's POV*~

Kurama let go of me and I blinked a couple of times, I was a bit disappointed because whether it was against my will or not, I was falling for him. So of course I was a little sad but I didn't let it show. ~If anyone finds out I'm falling for this fox, it'll be the end of me. But I should thank him anyway.~ I turned around and smiled at Kurama, it was a somber smile, but a smile nonetheless. "Thanks Kurama, a second later and I would've killed him." A yawn had escaped my mouth and I blinked a few times. My eyelids started to drop and I sleepily said, "Ok, I think I'm gonna take a nap now." I felt myself fall over to the side, and that was all I remembered.

((She'll be out like a candle in Chicago for the rest of the afternoon. And incase any of you nitwits don't get it, Chicago's a windy city, and if a lit candle is there, what do you think will happen?))

((After Kuronue died, Miete's older sister and some of her friends were caught by a demon that raped them and then killed any that weren't with child. Her sister was, but she didn't feel that she should live while her friends died. Before the child was born her sister returned home and instead of having the child she stabbed her stomach killing the child and herself. Miete was close to her sister and she watched her kill herself. Angsty sweatdrop ))
