*STArm stood there as Kura's attack hit the back of his calf. Star stood there balancing on his leg looking at Kura*...come now...If we're using speed do you think simple tricks like that would work if our leg muscles truly are strong?.....I believe it's your turn,

He bowed graciously, though chances were she wouldn't realize it. "Yes! Thank you, Miss Reaper, I would be most appreciative. And... my name is Rivven Dylis. Arberus, alternatively, but I'd rather not be refered to that way. Only... if someone comes here, asking for Arberus, I'd like to be informed about, if some one could do that for me." He said, a bit less happily.

((Just for reference, the attack was not a simple kick, it is a pressure point kick. And in fact the stronger the muscle the more it could be effected. It makes the muscle contract very quickly, and then loosening it at the same time would force it to strain and hurt...sorta like a charlie's horse, but obviously you're invunerable to this as you 'muscle is big enough' ^.^))

Kura looked at him. Kura still hadn't taken a real fighting stance. Now he slowly moved to have his left foot forward, his right back and arms set slightly. His left elbow slightly behind him, palm upturned. His right hand had the palm upturned and by the bottom of his ribs. His hands were flat, but only halfway extended, as in the last two joints were not extended from their placement. "It has never been my turn...I will tell you when it is my turn Star..."

"Jacob?" Sakura said as she went to the back of her mind to collect whom that name belonged to, then she remembered.

"Oh yeah..Jacob! He was fine..he said you were in a coma..i wanted to know who did that..but he never told me..it seemed he was trying to protect me from someone?" Sakura said, as she cocked her head a bit.

Kura's golden eyes stared at the man. "...I don't need to study you...your actions belay what attack you will throw. Even a feint shows itself if looked at correctly. You now know my secret. I can read moves, as well as move at speeds you can only dream of...attack...or you won't wake up for a good hour or two."

I dream of? *with that star was infront of him using him as steps attepting to have his right foot snatch his necklike a hook snagging onto a branch. If it wasn't dodged Star swung himself around Kura's neck repeadetly using his wieght to speed himself up as he spun on his neck*

Star would have no such luck. Kura had seen him coming before Star had even sprinted off. Kura...was only an afterimage. He was standing to the left of Star as the afterimage was fading out. Kura hadn't seemed to move from that stance, his eyes watching. "Tell me when you want me to show you real speed." Kura slowly stood up, and even to Star the afterimages appeared, his shadow was becoming real, but not a doppleganger, either an illusion, or this was true speed...

Kura looked at Star for a while without a smile. "You're prideful...cocky, and arrogant. My...I didn't think there was anyone worse than Jay...Do you think that you can beat me? Do you actually think you're faster? Fine...try me. Try to beat me Star...and see how well you do, with or without your hands." Kura didn't move from that stance, only his lips moving, his breathing hardly there.
