Shoko picked up a piece of the mask, looking it over. It broke easily under pressure.

Kenji slept but tossed and turned. While asleep he knocked a pocket of his bag open and a mask slide out. It had the markings for the labeled squad leader, and it looked fitted for Shoko.

Shoko turned her head hearing the bag be knocked over. Crawling over to it she picked it up and looked at the mask. She put it on her face and it fitted good and let her hair go over it.

Kenji slowly awoke to see shoko wearing the Bushin mask and it took him a moment but he took an emotionless face and saluted her. "Bushin leader..." he stated in a respectful manner held for superiors.

She took off the mask. "Eh?" Raising a eyebrow she looked at the mask again. It like the same mask those elite wore only smaller.

Kenji looked at her and sighed in relief. "Don't scare me like that...I thought we had a mission..." he said yawning as he laid back down and drifted back to sleep. "You also could have not destroyed mine." he said sticking his tongue out at her playfully before falling back asleep.

She smiled at him. "He is regaining some memory." Putting the mask ontop of the drug needle she leaned against the tree and fell asleep herself.

Kenji slept soundly as the fire slowly began to die out next to him. It woke him up momentarily as he reheated it and put a blanket on Shoko before he went back over and fell asleep again.

Shoko snuggled in the blanket. It was the first time she slept during the mission. If there haden't been interruptions they would of finished it. A little white fox poked it's head out from the bushes and sniffed Kenji's head.

Kenji turned a bit from the sniffing from the white fox, but he was too exhausted to be woken up from the disturbance, thinking Shoko was still awake.

The fox sniffed him and wandered to his bag. Looking through some open parts it found nothing to eat so it moved on and sniffed Shoko's face. Sneezing awake she rubbed her eye and looked at the fox. "Aww how cute!" She petted it and it licked her hand. She got up and put the blanket on Kenji. Playing with the fox for awhile.

Kenji woke up a bit later to see Shoko playing with a white fox. "Ummm Shoko-senapai?" he asked a bit confused, noting the blanket on him and her playing with the fox

Shoko sat on her legs and held the fox. "Aint it cute?" She lifted it up from under it's arms and held it out to him.

Kenji nodded and sighed. "Yes...but you don't expect to keep it do you?" he asked trying to avoid reminding her of the Bushin's policy on having such a pet.

She turned it around and looked at it. "But it's so cute! I can train it to be a little pet." She looked at him with big round eyes and pouted. Turning the fox to face him it had the same face.
