Rufus took another puff off of the pipe as he walked away, not caring about the battle happening nearby. The boots made an audible sound across the linoleum.

Several hours later, Heratik awoke in a daze. He was unsure of what had happened recently. With much effort her hoisted himself back onto his feet, staggering slightly. He didn't hear anything from the demon (giving him some relief). Taking no bother to look around, he headed for the stairs and went to the roof of the building. Once there he sat on the ledge and began stare off into the distance, admiring the view. ((im pretty sure nothing is out there...whatevs.))

((I'm so sorry for my extended absence, I've had a few issues with school that I had too settle as well I've been busy with Box lacrosse season starting soon, I really want too get back into this RP but I'm not sure how too jump back in, can someone help me out abit?))

[[Basically, new characters include Monoe [a white mage/charity worker who can create things using her imagination], Ecchymos/Vhozd [a lich seeking an immortal body and his familiar] and Jack, who's an interpol agent form a futuristic world.
The main plot is centered more around Jin, the villain, who plans to do somethign to kill all the participants of the tournament.
I think we've a need for some plot devleopment, so...]]
Jin examined the chip under the light of several different lamps; he inspected that every fret and curve wwas precise.
"Now," Jin said to a small droid, "plant this for test-running."
After tkaing the chip, the droid began to crawl alongside the walls, looking for its target...

Dimiti woke up from his little nap and stretched and scratched his head abit then put his helmet back on. He gathered up his weapons then headed out for a walk too stretch abit.
Kogi lie on the floor of his room resting, ignoring the bed only a few feet from him. He had always preffered to sleep near the ground.

A hole opened in Wadsworth's head, allowing the bolts to pass through without touching his plasm. At the same time, he grew several scythe-like appendages, slashing at Jack from both sides as well as above.
"I have you now, urchin-boy." [[Wadsworth doesn't know anyone's names. In fact, he's probably already made one up for Jack (whose name he has already forgotten)]]

Vhozd's head turned to Mocha, [[He has bad peripheral vision. That may seem like a bad quality in a guard, but Ecchymos found a workaround, which will be revealed later.]] and, pushing past William. He stood a few yards from Mocha, and almost lazily lifted a finger and beckoned to her.

Ecchymos finished the maw on the door and lifted it to where it stood straight up. He pointed to Monoe and then to himself.
"We're okay. You can always let us in."
He said this slowly, with the air of someone talking to a child. The door blinked once. He then tried dragging it to the chamber's empty doorjamb, but found he couldn't budge it. He turned to Monoe.
"Care to assist me, milady?"
