Mori walked into the music room, where the host club resided in to entertain you ladies of Ouran. He wore his normal host uniform and had the same stone face on as he had on everyday. He turned his head about and mumble a low , "Hmmm." Mori could feel the emptiness of not having Mitsukuni about. Mori gave a slight sigh and went to his normal seat awaiting anything to keep his mind off his cousin not being here today. Mori placed his left arm on the arm rest of the sofa and rested his head on the top of his hand. It was like looking at a samurai preparing his next steps for battle but in a gentle and refreshing way.

Kaoru couldn't help but enjoy the attention, glad that he wasn't hosting alone any more. It really wasn't the same without Hikaru beside him, or at least near. Even now, he found that the brotherly act wasn't so much an act at this moment in time, but a way for the two to bond a little closer. "I... Its okay, Hikaru... I don't mind sharing you... for now."

Fai glanced over to Tamaki, before slowly reaching out and placing a hand over his, effectively stopping the finger from pointing at the other blond. With a soft smile, he slowly shook his head, causing the blond locks to shift. "Come now, Tamaki-sama. Isn't it the job of any good host to turn the other cheek. Besides, he was merely being an overly defensive brother... you can't really fault him for that," Fai commented, in his usual gentle, calm tone. Once he was certain Tamaki was at least thinking over his words, he turned back toward Alexi, who then hit him with one hell of a surprise.
'I feel as though you belong with me...'
Those eight simple words seemed to knock Fai off balance for a second, feeling the charm from the other man as if it was something potent and touchable. His single blue eye went wide, surprise making a faint pink to skitter across his cheeks. Even with only one eye and a black eye patch covering the missing one, he still couldn't believe anyone had dared to utter such words to him. Male or female... it was the first time someone wanted him. Granted... they didn't know he was male... and his role as a woman was fairly impressive... but the words warmed his heart.
"You... do? I must say that's fairly bold of you, sir, seeing as we've just met and all," Fai managed to respond, feeling as if he was missing something important... and it wasn't the fact he was merely acting. "You seem to have me at a disadvantage. I'm not used to most people failing to miss my... flaw... as it is."

Sammy had been paying much attention to the 'fight' that was taking place, but had now turned to look at the person who had just entered the room. Is that a host? she thought to herself, all the while making sure not to disturb Mai's adoration of the twins. Her curiosity taking over, Sammy slowly made her way towards the man who had just entered. Although she didn't know if she was in her place by engaging in conversation, she stopped beside the couch where the extremely huge student sat. "Are you a host?" Questioned Sammy, putting her notebook away for once.

Sarah just coming out of the shock of what just happened in front of her was still alittle red. She calmed her self down then looked to karou. "Karou, how have you been lately?" she asked with a smile and a slight blush on her face.

Mori's eyes shifted to the young student and nodded. His silent nod would be an answer in his case. He raised his right eye brow out of curiosity and sat up. Mori's shoulders relaxed a bit for he was a bit out of it without Mitsukuni being around. "What is your name?" Mori then motioned for her to sit down with him on the couch.

Hikaru finally released his brother, so that the two of them may converse with the girls a little easier. His arms felt a little empty though, but he did his best to mask it for the sake of keeping a pleasant atmosphere. Only his own twin would have been able to notice the slight reluctance. Hikaru felt a bit unbalanced, but didn't quite realize it was because he was feeling more clingy than what was usual. He was still too dense to understand many of his own emotions.
He half smiled, sitting back and listening to the conversation unfold.
((I'll be on vacation!! Hikaru will be absent from the 15th to the 24th. I figure this will be my last post for now though, I may not have the time for another, and I don't want to leave any characters "trapped" so this seems like a good stopping place. If the other hosts find they need to powerplay Hikaru, I don't mind. ))

"Sammy Valentine and, no, the name is not fake.." Sammy added to her introduction, not wanting to go through the annoyance of explaining her whole family's history. Taking a seat on the couch, Sammy's mind conjured up a few questions that she wanted to ask. "Do you enjoy the Host Club?" She asked, deciding it best to keep the answer in her head rather than in her notebook.

Mai eyed Sammy-chan talking to another host. She grinned a grin of satisfactions. It was good Sammy-chan started to talk to other people, and she approached him herself. I wonder if Sammy-chan will be okay. I mean she doesn't seem to like to talk to people much. She's always scribbling away in her notebook. Should I go over there to check on her? Oh gosh now I sound like her mother. Mai then realized she was spacing off again. She listened to the conversation still thinking about Sammy-chan in the back of her head.

Kaoru smiled, sitting back, even as he let his amber gaze watch Hikaru for a moment. Of course his brother was reluctant... it was obvious to him... but it was only natural. They still weren't used to being apart much... and the detention must have had an adverse effect on him. Keeping some of his gaze on his brother, he turned to Sarah to answer her question. "I'm very well, thank you for asking. How about yourself?"

"Nice name," replied Mori adjusting how he sat on the couch. "Yes," said Mori, which a simple and to the point answer. "What is with the note book," asked Mori pointing to it like as if he was a robot.

"I'm doing just fine,now." she said with a smile. She then reliezed she had known him for a year but it would never dawn on her that she had a slight crush on Karou. She liked how sweet and how different he was from Hikaru. So at that moment she turned very red. But she knew it probably wouldn't happen... but hey a girl could dream. So Sarah turned to Karou and said to him "What would you like to do Karou?" with hope in her voice.

Tamaki lowered his hand slowly when his finger was capped by Fai's gentle hand, the determined grimace on his face faltering slightly. He considered the blond's statement, completely taken with the idea because, of course, she was right, when he heard Alexi's next remark. He stiffened, his shoulders rising slightly as well as the hair on his head, and he slowly turned to look at him with an indescribable expression. "W-what?" he stammered, flabbergasted. Evidently, this simple statement had effected Fai profoundly and she seemed, for the first time, flustered and uncertain. Tamaki had never managed to get such a reaction out of her, and was wrought with jealousy.
"Hmph," the King scoffed, childishly, crossing his arms over his chest. He suddenly seemed to lose interest in the entire situation, turning away with a dismissive clap of his elegant hands. "Well then! You have been forgiven, Mikhail-san. Come now, Alcy!" He promptly took her arm and began to drag her away.

Reina sighed, and latched on her brother's arm and dangled there annoyingly, her eyes half-lidded, piercing emerald gaze following the motions of the other people in the room from an extremely low vantage point. The beautiful woman her brother was flirting with, a fellow blond, seemed to have been taken aback by his disgustingly charming words. It was different when it came from someone as sincere (or imbecilic) as Tamaki.
"Uwaaaah," she yawned, giving him a shake. "I'm bored, Lexi-chan. Drive me home!" She directed her gaze at Fai.

The grin Alcy had been wearing in Fai's direction fell into shock, her eyes widening in what could only be called horror. "F... Fai..." she whispered, transfixed by the scene before her- she had never seen the boy so genuinely flustered before, especially by such an cheesy, obviously pick-up-esque line. And from another guy, no less! She couldn't help but feel a jab in her stomach as he mentioned his "flaw", almost like a personal insult: it had been the first thing she had mentioned when they first met. She started to move towards Fai, not knowing exactly what she was going to do, but knowing she had to do something, before she was seized by the arm and dragged away by Tamaki. "Waugh!" she cried, attempting to struggle away back to Fai before reminding herself that she was an idiot for wanting to escape Tamaki. She gave in with a sigh and walked alongside him, but not without turning over her shoulder to look back at Fai. She hesitated for a moment, before calling after him; "I'm telling you, Fai, it's not a flaw! If anything, it's an asset!!" She looked back at them for a moment longer before sighing heavily and turning to stare indignantly up at Tamaki. ".... You really seem to like Fai-chan, ne."
