"Mind if I come in Amy. I would like to talk to you about some things." Johnson patted Bella's head. He smiled at Amy, who wasn't quite young enough to be his daughter but close.

Amy looked at Johnson and nodded. "Ok sure. Have a seat she said pointing towards the kitchen. Do you want something hot to drink?" Amy asked walking into the kitchen and starting the kettle.

"Sure thanks Amy." Johnson sat at her table. "You know that Colonel and Gwen are working with Path and I'm working with Kalypso. Most of the men have wild horses to train. Which horse are you planning on working with?"

Amy thought for a momment setting the kettle onto the stove. She grabbed a chair and sat accross from Johnson, thinking of his question. "Well I was maybe thinking of working with Konoha, but i've been hearing rumors that's she's preganant and just thought of gaining her trust. But I might also try to work with Shadow. None of the men seem to go near him....so someone will have to train him." Amy explained.

"She is pregnant. Gwen's the only one that has managed to get close enough to check, but it's getting to be obvious." Johnson looked thoughfull for a moment. "If you want to do anything with her you'll have to ask Gwen and Colonel. I don't know if they'll let you. Shadow's too dangerous for you to work with him alone. I would let you work with Kalypso but I don't think he'd take too well to that."

Amy sighed. "Well then i geuss I won't be training a horse. I mean maybe if Colonel and Gwen let me but other then that, i geuss i'll have to wait." Amy said standing up and getting 2 cups out of the cuboard and pouring some hot water into the cup and putting a tea bag in it.

"Amy you can train Shadow once we get him calmed down a bit. And you can help with Kalypso if you want, he'll just have to get used to you first." He didn't want to dissapoint her, knowing that training the mustangs was what the intire Fort look forward to most.

Amy pulled 2 spoons from her droor and opened her fridge taking out some cream and setting it on the table with some sugar cuube. She thought for a momment. "I don't want to ruin Kalypso's trust if i'm their." Amy said grabbing a 5 sugar cubes and stuffing them in her pocket from her cuboard and then sat down starting to stur her tea grabbing a sugar cube and plopping it down in her tea, then poured some cream sturring at the same time.

Gwen grinned. "Yes I am. Come on lets go see what there is to eat. I'm famished and I bet you are. Coming Cedric?"she called taking her mom's hand. She stood, waiting for him, by the door. She pointed towards the pasture. "The paint is my mare, Wildfire. The big Clydesdale is Path and the mare next to him is his mate, Kohona. Cedric and me are training them."she told her mom.
Cass grinned. "And who is this?"she asked as Kavik came running up. She bent down to pet him.
Path reached out and snatched up a sugar cube. "Try one, love, they taste great."he said nuzzling Kohona.

Cedric stepped out of the stall. "Your being far too modest Gwen. Your the one who's doing all the work." He smiled standing next to her, but being carefull not to touch her in any way.
Konoha snorted but stepped forward and sniffed tentativly at the sugar cube. Once she decided it was ok she picked it up and chewed it. "Hmm so they do." She nuzzled him, sighing. She wanted to see sun, two days of constant rain and gray skys did nothing for her mood. The foal kicked restlessly, making her wince a few times and swish her tail.
"We'll try it later." Johnson drank the tea with out adding anything to it. He wrapped his hands around the warm mug. "What would you do with Shadow if you got him trained, or Kalypso or any of them, for that matter?"

Amy shurgged. "I don't know. I don't know what Colonel want's to do, since he's the one who owns them for now. I would ride them, but if they really wanted to be free I would." Amy explained sipping on her tea, Bella laying on the floor beside's Amy's chair.

Kalypso nodded his head up and down. "I love sugar, I don't know why, but I even get cravings for it now sometimes.." He said to Path and Konoha. He looked over at Gwen and Colonel and the visitor...she looked alot like Gwen. He snorted and lowered his head to graze, swishing his tail at flies, occassionally glancing Shadow's way.

Johnson sighed. "I understand what you mean Amy. It's a shame that they have to be captured, but we need them. And in return we help them as much as we can."
Konoha giggled at Kalypso. She turned her head to n** at the foal, who would be born in a matter of months.

Amy sighed as she warmed her hands together against her cup. The sun was setting and it was getting darker. "I only hope that we could train them before the general comes. I think he would be glad if all the wild horses where trained. You know how he is Johnson..." Amy said taking another sip.
Shadow trotted around the fence line, passing the herd, Kalypso, Path and Konoha. He chuckled when he passed Kalypso planning on ingoying them. He chuckled again as he raced around, his tail up high.

"That's only because Kohona is still too hurt to really work with."Gwen said smiling softly. She slipped her hand into Cedric's. She squeezed it reassuringly. "Kohona was hurt when we caught her. That was the only reason we caught Path was 'cause he wouldn't leave her."she explained to her mom. She led the way to the dining hall.
