Hido watched as the slime girls either stopped, or changed direction, and then chuckled in both amusement and amazement as a certain number of the girls showed an amazing jumping ability. The wall was only about twenty feet high, what hido had assumed would stop them at the time but alas he was wrong... oh well. He looked at the jumping slimegirls and smirked, as tendrils of darkness shot from the black ice aiming to impale the slime girls attempting to jump. If the tendrils touched any of them, they would be trapped, pinned down by the shadow sewing jutsu that he was using to create the fully controllable tendrils. He turned quickly, snapping in the direction of the large dome he created, watching it shatter, falling as harmless black snow. He tapped his throat imbueing his vocal chords with a tiny amount of chakra and spoke with an amplified voice. "Don't leave yet, I'm might need some support, but it's not likely." He said his voice echoing to them loud and clear. He turned as the first of the slime girls began to get close to him and grinned. He reached up grasping the handle of the large blade strapped to his back, Samehada, one of the seven swords of the mist. Hido looked at the covered blade, it would be perfect for his means, in close combat any blow struck would start to drain chakra... and from this far away... Hido raised samehada, chuckling as the bandages fell away warpping around his arm to reveal the sharkskin blade. Instantly the blade exploded with energy, growing six feet longer, and ten times sharper because of the chakra used on the blade. Hido spun bringing the blade down and swinging it in a wide sweeping motion towards the slime girls. "NIN HUNTER" He roared as a large wave of damaging chakra energy fired from the blade. This chakra formed a massive crescent shaped blade, capable of cutting at the cellular level, and being made of pure chakra damaging to anything at a mere touch. From all the excitement Hido's eyes began to become excited, changing from emerald green with black pupils, to blood red, with rose pink pupils.

Hido flicked his wrist letting Samehada be wrapped again, he had accomplished what he had planned for it knowing that with the amount of chakra stored in the blade he could now use his jutsu a little more freely without worrying about running out of chakra, after all the number of slimes that his wave had hit was large and it took a portion from each. On the other hand, he realized that this battle was dangerous, probably more so than most he had been in short of the fight against judgement, what was almost a permanent stalemate. He had a plan, knowing that if this suceeded it would finish the horde, and allow him to find the source, and hopefully destroy it. Hido pressed his hands together focusing the chakra needed, he didn't need handsigns, he developed ways to use any of the dark or shadow jutsu he knew without them awhile ago, no the hands were just a better way of focusing what was about to happen. Hido held his hands straight out in front of him, crouching, pouring a decent amount of chakra into his legs and put his plan into action. He jumped using the chakra to propel himself high into the air and pointed his hands down towards the oncoming horde. As he flew upward large balls of darkness formed around his hands, about the size of a basket ball, and his plan was finally put into play. He fired a total of twelve of these massive orbs, eight in an octagon shape around the horde, three closer to the center of the horde in a triangle shape not aiming to hit any of the slime girls and finally one in the exact center of both the triangle and octagon. As the orbs flew at immense speeds striking the ground, a large circle of shadow would form, twice the diameter of the orbs themselves. He had used his shadow gun jutsu, firing compressed balls of dark chakra that left shadow imprints on whatever they touched, becoming a medium for any Nara techniques he wished to use, or a way to relieve the chakra consumption of dark techniques when used as a base. Hido landed softly touching the sword onhis back to replenish his chakra to prepare for the next stage of his plan. He took a deep breath as he pressed his hands to the ground, starting what he hoped would end the horde and force their leader or the equivalent, to reveal themselves. As hishands touched the ground, strange black chains, dripping with darkness would crawl from each of the black circles left from his shadow gun jutsu connecting all of the circles forming a large hex looking symbol on the ground surrounding the horde. Hido sighed twisting his hands and finishing it. The chains split forming a massive web around the slime girls. Any slime girl that touched the dark chains would immediately become wrapped in a strange darkness, leaving the chain imprinted on their body, rendering them useless. Hido stood sighing and took a staggering step back. He had used about a third of his chakra on this, hopefully, end all technique. He tapped samehada one more time, using the last of the chakra in it's stores to bring him up to about eighty percent of his total chakra and grinned looking at his works. The amount of chains were so numerous it would be nearly impossible to avoid them, large portion of the slime girls were probably trapped just from the movement of the chains and if the girls touched another one that was trapped, the effect would move to them as well. Now he would sit and wait, hopefully he had done enough to lure their source out.

When the barrier lifted, the light that had been surrounding Kikyo suddenly got brighter and gave off a large flash. Kanshin had to sheild her eyes from the flash, but when it was gone she looked to see that the light her healing technique had produced had waken Kikyo up on its own. Kanshin grinned excitedly. "Kikyo-sempai! Hido-kun says he might need us to help him fight! Why don't you get that new sword thing you have and we can go join him!"
Kikyo looked down to Kanshin with her golden eyes and shook her head. "I don't want to use Break Heart again. Not when he's around. I don't know this guy, and I don't want to trust him enough to reveal what I just learned about it just yet. Now, get up and we'll go to his side, alright?"
Kanshin smiled widely and nodded before standing up and taking her assumed position on Kikyo's back. She looked to the norma katana on Kikyo's back and started to wonder what it could possibly do. Kikyo had said some name for the unusual sword, so maybe that was one of the things she learned while she had been asleep? She shrugged it off and grinned as Kikyo used Wind Dash to quickly get back to Hido.
Kikyo flicked her wrist to produce a trip wire with multiple katanas tied on and started swinging it above her head as though she had a plan in mind for what she would do.
As Kikyo ran, Kanshin closed her eyes and tried to focus on what kind of attack she would try next, knowing that genjutsu wouldn't work and that fire worked, but only to an extent, and weapons were practically useless against these slime girls. She looked up to Hido and smiled. "Hido-kun~! Is there anything in your plan that could inclued me and Kikyo-sempai? Kikyo-sempai's a Soshi, so she's good with elements, especailly water, wind, and ice, and she has vectors and cool attacks that she made up herself. Does any of that sound useful to you Hido-kun?"
Kikyo growled annoyingly at Kanshin. "BAKA! You might as well have dopped my entire history on the ground so that the whole freaking slime girl army could know what I'm capable of!"
Kanshin looked to Kikyo and rubbed the back of her neck. "Oops. Sorry Sempai~! I didn't mean to~!"
Kikyo sighed. "What ever, it's just one handicap. Besides, handicaps can make thngs more... interesting." A crooked smile came across Kikyo's pouty lips as she stopped suddenly and jumped up into the air next to Hido, using Air walk to keep herself suspended. "Kanshin, tell me the second you feel your chakara's almost out and I'll hand you one of my home made food pills. It'll give you back anywhere from 1/2 to about 4/5 the chakara you started out with, but it depends on how you react to that sort of thing." She then flicked her other wrist and produced a bottle of pills form it and handed it to Kanshin so that she could open it for her, continuing to swing the trip wire with kunai around in the air above her head.
Kanshin nodded as she took the bottle out of Kikyo's hand and quickly unscrewed the top, poping the pill into Kikyo's mouth since she knew it was another of the many medicines Kikyo had to take. Kanshin giggled a little, finding it funny how Kikyo always knew just what time she had to take her meds even in midbattle but couldn't find her way to the village she wanted to be in.

Kikyo nodded as she closed her eyes and focused before suddenly swinging the trip wire/kunia weapon at the slime girls like a boomerang. The whole idea was to confuse them for a little bit and keep the busy to allow any moves Hido was wanting to make while she went with her own. She took her katana in one hand and the key chain in the other, being sure to hold the key chain in a way so that Hido wouldn't notice, and attached the keychain to the bottom as she grasped the sword with two hands to pull it up in a mannor that wouldn't hurt Kanshin. As the sword came out of the sheath, it went into the key blade form that she had said was named Shatter Heart.
Kanshin could tell now why Kikyo had called it Shatter Heart since it was a dark color that had the look of a heart where Kikyo grasped it. From a distance, it would be hard to see, but up close the intracate detailing on the blade matched the intracate detail of the some what demonic heart shape that was cut through by the hilt, consisting of many delicate and finely scribed S's, like what you'd expect to see in old Victorian Age writtings. At the end of the hilt was a chain, and attached was a keychain with a heart almost identical to that surrounding the hilt that was cut through by a zigzag pater. Most interestingly of all was the way the "teeth" of the word looked almost like demonic wings. It was an intimidatingy beautiful sword, and Kanshin thought herself lucky Kikyo was on her side and didn't mind Kanshin being so close.
Kikyo glanced behind her at Kanshin and smirked. "Kanshin, try not to get in the way when we land, kay? Like I've said, hurting you's like kicking a puppy, so I could only picture how bad it'd be if I sliced you in half. Got it?"
Kanshin smiled and nodded once. "Yes Kikyo-sempai! I'll do my best not to be a burden to you this time!"
Kikyo laughed a little. "Yeah, we'll see about that. Maybe this time you won't have to worry about my Kaishi shreding our clothes and have you freeze up in embarrassment."
Kanshin pouted and blushed bright red. "I thought we agreed never to talk about that again! That was just terrible what you two made me go through in that spar!"
Kikyo just laughed as she held her Shatter Heart Keyblade to the side and rolled her neck. Even if she hit just one slime girl, the evil from them would instantly turn into chakara worth 15% of what they had started of with, and based on what she had experienced earlier, that would certainly be more than what she started off with.

Shun had been watching the battle unfold from the depths of the village, he had been helping people run as far away as possible. Now that most were evacuated he could once again return to the battle. "Another person has come to help, great now we really finish these damn things off." he said running back onto the battlefield, holding his blade downward at the ground. He sliced two slime girls in half freezing them before grabbing a hold of another blade, putting hyounimaru into it's sheath. The katana spurred with black chakra as it's power began to emit high onto the battlefield, letting the girls know that Shun was back. "Bankai, Tensa Zangetsu!!" with that the chakra began to form around Shun into a all black cloak, a huge spiral of black chakra was instantly shot forth from Shuns blade when he moved it to the ground. It headed straight through the field towards the girls, now they might try to eat this chakra but it was not a good idea to do so. If they tried to eat it then it would quickly blow through up from the inside out. Shun sat there holding zangetsu and having his crimson eyes on the girls, waiting for their next manuever.

Hidden Snow
The slime girls that Shun cut were indeed frozen, but not completely, nor for long. They were already activating a useful technique, Inner Fire, that would have them thawed out soon enough. When Shun shot out the large beam of chakra at them, the slime girls knew that with it's size, it would be better to not take it head on, and dodged to either side. Then they charged toward him. Shiroi, as well, he had tried fighting her before, she would show him the error of his fleshy ways. She appeared behind him even as he was swinging, Body Flicker at it's finest. She instantly shot out a series of punches and kicks, to coincide with a blast of water aimed right at his center.
The slime girls were glad that the other two, more cowardly humans had decided to stick around, too. They attacked the duo mercilessly, many of them getting struck by the blade, but just as many attacking from the opposite side at the same time. A single blade could not hope to hold off everything in every direction for long, the human would soon grow tired, and they would slip in and capture her. The other girl was putting up a fight as well, kicking out small strikes of fire. However, it was easy enough for the slime girls to dodge, or even to cut inside of the kick's effective range and strike at Kanshin directly.

Kikyo felt the punches and simply kept swinging until she decided she had gathered enough chakara. She then smirked as she poped the keychain off and slipped it into her jacket, causing the sword to go back into its normal katana phase right before she felt several more blows. She growled and grinned an almost sinister looking smile as she put her arms out to the side of her spun in a Hyuuga-like mannoras she released water from her hands, causing a sphere of her odd diamond-looking ice to surround her and any of the slime girls near her. Before it completely sealed up, she hopped through a hole that was just large enough for her to slip out of before sealing it completely with ice and adding more water to the inside of the Ice Barrier, causing it to go into a giant snow-globe kind of effect right before she started to freeze the contents. She then went and repeated this several more times, taking full advantage of all the chakara that Shatter Heart Keyblade had given her. She felt every hit that made contact with her, but she would keep fitting for as long as she could to help since she knew already it was too late for her own village to be saved.

Kanshin felt the fire hitting her and start to burn her clothes and skin a little, but she was used to the pain of fire since she had trained with it her whole life. Though she was young and inexperienced, she was still an Enkou, and she wouldn't let her own element defeat her. She decided enough was enough and charged into the group,her hands now on fire as she spun rapidly, scorching any of the slime girls that came to close to her. She flipped into the air at one point and let out another Fire Release: Blooming Great Flame on the nearby slime girls. She panted lightly and searched for Kikyo while continuing to make her dance-like movements and firey hands and feet do any daage as she could while trying to ignore the pain.

Hido chuckled as the cloud of poison came towards him. He breathed in deeply, and laughed as absolutely nothing happened, and absolutely nothing would. When he breathed in the toxin or any dangerous particles for that matter, his Pure Disruption took hold, his whole body cycling through chakra destroying anything harmful inside of him. Now, it was time to fight. He turned to the large block of ice he had formed earlier and pointed at it smiling. The strange symbol on his chest started to glow, burning an imprint deeper into his chest as the large block of ice changed, taking a slightly humanesque form, becoming a golem made of his own black ice. The golem turned towards the slime horde and raised it's arms, slamming them down in a challenge before charging into the horde, becoming spiked and spined as it ran, making it a large dangerous creature with a large amount of momentum. Hido nodded knowing the golem would be fine against the slime girls, and now it was time to reveal his pride and joy, the weapon of his own creation. Hido reached into his sleeve pulling forth an intricate black rod, about seven feet long, with strange markings and designs down it's shaft. Hido tapped the end of the rod into a patch of ice that had been formed earlier smiling as a blade grew from the top end of the rod, revealing the weapon in it's true form, a scythe. Permafrost, a blade made of prue chakra, ice, and darkness. Deadly to the touch capable of inflicting frostbite instantly, and it's worse ability, the power to fire clouds capable of freezing anything they touch into a statue of Hido's black ice. Hido turned towards shun, he was fighting what Hido would assume was the leader, it seemed more advanced in both thought and strength... perfect. He body flickered stopping a few feet away, the Permafrost at the ready in one hand, Samehada held out blade revealed in the other he would wait and see what would happen... and then he would attack.
