He walks over to take care of her fiancée. He was hurt worse then her brother but it didn't quite hit his heart. But it was so close that they needed to be very careful and maybe even use surgical tools.
Walt's ghost was walking around and saying goodbye to the souls as they left. When he came up to Scott and saw this, he told him, "I know of a place with medical tools that no one will miss."
Scott was surprised when he saw a ghost. "Who are you?"

He fallowed Walt's ghost to Jayne's hideout. Where he had the doctor's stuff still. Scott ran back and made an announcement. "We have a place where there are medical supplies. It's not much but better then just relying on our regenerative powers."

Walt's ghost was still at Jayne's. But, there was something Jayne had called for that was coming. They won't hurt Kat or Echo, but Walt's ghost...

Scott led the pack to Jayne's place, but Kat was ahead of them because they had to carry the wounded.

she set her brother down before leaving to retreive the last few wounded, she lays them all down and then plops down on the floor exhausted, caked blood all along her belly, she yawns and rubbs her eyes
