Sef's tail twitched in response to the touch, and his other tails started swaying more noticeably.
"That was a dizzying experience. It is good to grasp the concept of color now," is all he could say. He felt a slight pang of longing, but repressed it. After all, he had survived this long without vision.

Derrick slowly pulled his paw away and placed the mirror down on the countertop without making a sound. "I'm sorry Sef.. If it's any consolation, I like your fur." His voice was low to the point of being nearly inaudible, and a slight frown was plastered on his face. He wished so badly that the poor fur could just take his sight, and keep it for all he cared.. "I've lived so long with sight, why not let someone who needs it, have it?" He sighed, and pushed the thought away. As much as he wanted to help, he was simply being naive again.. Everyone would consider him mad.

Now able to fully see again, Yue hugged Sef sincerely. "I'm sorry if I pushed too much on you, Sef. I just wanted some to see the world isn't as sad and dark as if may feel," he said quietly as he let him go.

Sef shook his head slowly.
"Thank you," he replied to Derrick, with a tiny smile. He then turned to stare blindly at Yue.
"There is no need to apologize. That was a fantastic opportunity for me, and it was greatly appreciated," Sef said to Yue, still smiling.

"I glad," Yue teared up. emo if we had only meet sooner. I could have lasted longer, but would it have mattered then? mad Of course it would have so don't ever say otherwise. He nodded to himself and asked Derrick,"Do you happen to have anything to eat in the cafe? All that magic moving has me drained."

Derrick sniffled, holding back tears and he turned his attention from Sef to Yue. "Sure.. I'll get on that." He immediately turned and headed to the left, through a door leading into the kitchen.

Rocky appeared to be deep in thought about something, but it seemed he was just spaced out. He phazed back into the conversation, and saw just about everyfur tearing up, which made him tear up. *Sniff* " What happened, and why are we crying? Wait here, I've got just the thing. Did I neglect to tell you all that I am quite the musician?" He said as a bright sparkling light surrounded his paws which were in front of him. Than, a Cherry Sunburst Gison Les Paul guitar appeared in his paws. "And I'll need this too" He said as a Behringer Amp appeared next to him with the volume set to 6. "Okay....A-one two three fur!" He said as he began playing Sweet Child O' Mine by Guns & Roses.

Pulled out of his analysis trance by the sudden appearance of music, the action of the last few minutes processed in Dimitri's mind "Ah, the cane? It is a portable lab of sorts. I've modified it for my nanite work recently, the top-most compartment, for example contains an emp field generator, as a fail safe against chaotic activities by the nano machines. Even with my full lab though, I can't just give someone their sight, or instantly materialize objects. Heh, this truly is an amazing night." The expressions and emotions of the group then struck Dimitri Huh, you emotionless sod! You've just witnessed a beautiful experience, and all you can think about is your ruddy experiments! Say something profound, kind, useful, ANYTHING "I... uh, can help to - if you don't mind." He called after Derrick, and moved hesitantly behind the counter, and looked at his restored knee and paw and new friends, and smiled. This is a good night, a good night indeed

Smiling at the fox leaving the room, Yue takes Sef's hand and gives it a friendly sqeeze. He lets go, closes his eye and lets Rocky's music wash over him.

*Continues Playing*..........*Plays a custom,but fitting guitar solo* *Outro* "And that's how it's done!" He says confidently. He looks to see the fretboard a little bloody. "Hm? Eh, I guess it's been awhile since I've played like that. I guess it's been awhile since I've tasted blood too." He murmurs before licking his string-cut pad. "So," He said between licks "how was it?"

Having been lost in his own thought, Sef suddenly started turning his head around in confusion, trying to put together what was happening.
"I apologize, I was distracted," he said sincerely. "What?"

Derrick heard Dimitri calling out to him and turned back to hold open the door for him, but found he was already halfway through on his own. He smiled weakly and looked over the fox's shoulder at Sef, nearly unable to suppress himself from crying out, "Just take my sight, damn it!" ..God, he needed to see a shrink.

"That was wonderfull, Rocky," Yue reached over to Rocky. His healing light bloomed again mending the wolf's cut pads. Turning to Dimitri and Derrick; he called out, "Anything that's in sandwich or cake-form is quite fine, thanks."
