The wolf finally returned after having chased down the last of the fleeing soldiers; she limped heavily over to the feuding group and lay between Kratos and Aleda with a deep, sighing groan. Ria opened her muzzle and proceeded to roughly tug a few well-aimed arrows from her legs and flank.
The wolf-girl trained sharp golden eyes on Sha, watching the drama unfold. Her canine hearing had permitted her to hear enough of the conversation as she had been walking back from the "hunt."

"Ria," Kratos breathed. He bent down and a magic circle appeared under her. "Healing Stream!"
As Kratos had been speaking to Sha, Darren had been thinking. "Hey, Sha, did you say that your communicator broke?"

"No," Kratos said, "I jammed it with magic the moment before I revealed him. Desuxis is currently experiencing technical difficulties with your communicator." He looked at Darren. "Why?" Darren pulled a triumphant fist, "Even better! We can pretend that Sha finally captured us! Since the Desuxis don't know we know that he works for them, we can use him as a double agent!" Kratos was amazed. "That's the first reasonable thing you've said since you showed up."

The now-healed wolf shifed back to human form, blinking with surprise at the unexpected act of kindness, help and care she wasn't used to. "I- T- thank you... Kratos." Suddenly, her eyes widened. "Wait- Darren, you just made me think of something. If he had a communicator of any sort with him, wouldn't that mean that they always knew where you all were? If it's not working... I think we should first move to a new location before we try anything. Regroup and plan. We don't have to move much, but enough so that they don't know where we are. Wouldn't that make sense?"

Kratos nodded. "Fine. It sounds reasonable." he unleashed Sha from his binds and prepared to teleport. "We're going to go to Palmacosta since it's so far away."

Ria moved closer, still a little apprehensive about this whole "teleporting" buisness. "Sounds good. Heh. Looks like this means I'm joining your group's escapades. Not that you can really afford to let me leave now that I know what's going on, anyway... if you think about it like that." She smiled slightly. "Not that I don't want to come. World travel is most definitley on my list of 'things to do in life.'"

"Y'know, I really hate doing that..." She muttered.

After they were transported, Corrine slept soundly on the ground next to Shinto.
"Corrine..." Sha stood up and began to walk over to her.
