Yeah, probably.
You can't actually "learn" to draw, you can only improve and blossom what you're naturally capable of. That's basically what I've learned... it's like other talents, they can't really be replicated... I guess you could start with a tablet, or whatever, though.

Oath: I'm not exactly sure what to say... It's something you've really gotta focus on... but, like, unconsciously... You should be able to, while bored, doodle... and just breathe random ideas and such. That kind of junk helps... Even forcing yourself, to get into a groove, could work.
