Dave is married to Cindy, but Cindy doesn't really love Dave. Meanwhile, Dave has been cheating on Cindy with Charmaine, and Charmaine's been cheating on Dave and her lover Garret with a mystery woman. Although this mystery woman turns out to be Charmaine's mother. So Charmaine leaves Dave and Garret a note about what she's been doing with the two in the past few years, then kills herself. After seeing the note, the two best friends have a crazy fight, and almost kill each other. They are both hospitalized for months, and they have vowed to finish it one day.
Charmaine's mother kills Cindy because Cindy somehow found out who she was, and was going to tell everyone the truth. After Dave finds out that Cindy dies, he goes after Garret; thinking that it was a way to get revenge. After he kills Garret, Charmaine's mother tells Dave the truth about everything. Dave in turn, kills himself.
Charmaine's mother walks off in the end laughing, because she was never her mother to begin with. She was always just a simple monkey in a maid costume, looking for a little mischief.
