I personally will choose not to test this theory. Kiyoshi is an honorable battler and I don't believe he would sink to such a low. However we have discussed this matter in private and Kiyoshi will be returning to the start of the E4 challenge (mainly due to the fact I was going to repeat the process of our previous battle however also) due to the fact that our battle failed to reach a proper conclusion.
Due to my accusation, our unfinished battle AND my reseting of Kiyoshi's E4 challenge, I give him the merit to skip me during his next attempt if he wishes to do so. This will not give him my badge, but he will be able to face Jerz and bryan without facing me.
This doesn't give him the true title of champion but I can think of no other way to compensate for my actions.
