No, it just proves that they are likely in, nothing is technically confirmed untill it is on the Site, or directly seen, Hell at this point Mario Circuit isnt even confirmed at this point thanks to Sakurai ignoring it.

But evidence is proof. It can be in the game without being on the site. Stuff on the site can be taken out of the game, as well, so nothing can be technical ever!
