Rhys was nearly at the snitch. Sadly, the chasers were still nowhere near scoring. With Layton still chasing the snitch, Rhys just took a deep breath. If he managed to miss, then Hufflepuff got an unbeaten season. However, if he caught it, at least they managed to stop the perfect season. He just hoped that maybe he could manage to pull off a win, though he had a feeling that if Layton got a chance at the snitch, then he'd catch it. Ugh, this just sucked with options.

Layton noticed that Rhys was almost on it, but he refused to let that deter him. He pushed forward even farther, hoping that he could at least get a chance at catching the snitch. Perfect season, he had to remind himself. Perfect season..
