Oh, and the sizes of your Skill Lists don't count towards how much you have. It's the techniques you get. Besides, he got 1250 of a mission from the Akatsuki.

okay i cant even join the AKuskti or sumthin cuz im not the strongest Hyuuga and also he never posted his jutsu's but off that I have no friends im dead and when i come back to life i will wonder by myself

So in order to join the Akatsuki, one must be the strongest of their clan...then after my character returns, could he qualify for the Akatsuki?
As far as I know, there is no other character who can manipulate sound waves quite like Makura, nor are they of the Kinuta clan.

GreenTigerr does being in a different branch count Not really. Though I most likely won't stay in the Akatsuki for a long time, so any who are trying to get into it, well you don't have to wait that long really. Cause I plan on being in the upcoming Chuunin exams around August.

I have an entire month to get ready for the chuunin exams and I'll be completing most of that time in the Akatsuki. But of course as soon as I've completed the Chuunin exams, I'll be ready for the Jounin, which of course will be easy once i've had enough time to complete all the techniques that I want.
