gonk Then again, I should be fair and state that since I hate roughly 75% of humanity, this is more or less a reasonable cross section of the population rather than a special case.
True... There is always that.
My new peeve for the day: I was asked to speak with a lady regarding the blood work we did on her dog before her dental cleaning. I thought she would have questions about the one slightly abnormal value. No. She didn't give a good god damn about that. She wanted to know why it was done, even though her husband signed for it. She tells me that she's the one who has to pay the bill, so she doesn't care that he signed up for it. WTF? For the love of all that's fuzzy, if you don't want your husband to make any decisions,
don't send him in with your dog.
In other news, it was my afternoon off today. I was supposed to be finished at 12:30. Unfortunately, everyone forgot about this, so I had a full afternoon schedule. This
never happens when I'm actually scheduled and want to have cases come in.
confused I really only intended to come back in for the first case since I'd just seen them the day before and the lady specifically asked to see me again. I ended up working the whole day though, since they were all patients and clients I knew and I didn't want to dump them off on the only other doctor who was around.
Then 3/4 were euthanasias.
