I have no idea yuri, Ask ryu he's in charge of em, he said every two months it should level up, and you've had yours for more than two, I've had mine for two as well, send him a pm..

strongest in your clan gets the seal, you must be the strongest tin lol I made my Inuzuka when they did the revamp so he became the most powerful in a matter of days lol

I worked for my seal. I had to out train around two or three people, including Toph [who I think is inactive now] and I've had my seal since early-mid August I believe. so it should just about be level 2.

If it wasn't for the fact that Shun was an uchiha he wouldn't have won at all lol
It took me a while to get the curse mark...but it was well worth it in the end....

I'd have to beat Klam.. but I'm too lazy at the moment to try for 200k CPs..
and plus I'm nearing the 75k CPs caps that I was fearing from over 5 months ago.. when the last Jounins Exams failed me..

You were not hit once, which is completely absurd.
Out of all those attacks, the closest I got to hurting you, was when our blades clashed in the beginning...
And the fact that you can control the flames. Even though the Grand Death Flame is a completely different style of fire...
