Yeah, about 2 years ago (or less) they implemented them. You have to pay 100k for them, though, so it's fairly annoying. I've bought one for every Guild of ours, though. Somewhere to chat about things quickly when necessary with the technologically (MSN Messenger-phobes still living in the 20th century) uninitiated.

I don't really use MSN myself anymore. I'm pretty much all on Skype nowadays.

Yeah, compared to Skype you can probably say that MSN-users are the uninitiated Stone Age-dwellers...but I figure they serve mostly the same purpose (Skype having better video and options making it the more modern and updated option).
Still, the similarities lead me to stick with the one I'm familiar with. For now, at least.

Having said that, I can't wait any longer for Red. Chat must be delayed for a while.
