Alfone's soaring hopes floundered, and then plummeted rapidly. Iris was not here from the Mafia, to get him. Ah, well.
After a few moments, Alfone sat up again and twisted his feet to dangle off of the bed. He gave Iris a sheepish grin.
"Hey. Just got in here. What happened to that guy? He all right?"

Iris looked over to Alfone, "He....he was shot....and is now in critical. I...don't know if he's going to make it."

Then something in her pocket started beeping, and she pulled out her phone, pressing a button. A green screen immediately came up - an infrared screen. Six red dots were moving towards their location. Sami's eyes went wide. "Oh dear..." We are a people that are obsessed with Death.

"Calm down" another one said to him.
"What now?" Tony moaned.

Jasmine wordlessly attached a special component of her rifle, which would completely obliterate the evidence from the bullets. When they entered bodies, they would completely pulverize themselves and the surrounding organs. If a bullet hit the torso or, conceivably, the head, of any person, they would most definitely die. A liquidated stomach or lung would not be recoverable from.
Jasmine reloaded the weapon, checked all of its components, and made sure it was in top condition. Everything checked out. It was ready to fire.

Alfone frowned. "Ouch... police officer, right? ...Yeah, saw the badge on the table. I'm sure he'll be okay."

Iris looked down, "I'm..not so sure...even if makes it...his wife....." she shook her head and wipped away a few tears, "Nothing...." she looked at him, "If you ever find a woman named Claire...." she shook her head, "Sorry...shouldn't be asking citizens."
