Oh yeah, when the zOMG is released they're opening a new shop and some new starter items such as Ninja, Pirate, Soldier and Fantasy. A nondisclosure agreement, a legal binding prohibiting you from discussing the details of what happens in a closed setting in a context where people not involved can learn about it. When you were accepted into the beta, you were automatically allowed into a guild with stickies containing the NDA terms. smile I've been in a few betas, and while Gaia seems pretty lax about theirs (hell, it's not even in legalese), I've seen people IP/CC banned from the LIVE version for violating the NDA. It was harsh...
I wouldn't sweat it, just read them stickies. 3nodding

Sorry, I'm... in the middle of writing all my midterm papers so I tend to get verbose. And I edit my posts like I have OCD.
Basically.. they don't want any information leaked outside the testing group. It's a practicality, because it's an unfinished product and they may change things, as well as the fact that there are lots of negatives that can be said about bugs or poorly implemented features that may not exist in the release, so it's bad 'press' even before the game is live, over something they may be working on to fix.

Ok I finally bought the demon armor set... however I don't like the helmet.
Who wants it?!
If no one is taking it I'm going to give it to my executioner when he signs on.
