*lol*
What you do, is none of my concern. Only because someone needed to be acquainted with all the facts. Villages make new profile scrolls, because old generations of members grows inactive. Like some who disappear for years. There's to a certain point one is constantly crossing, and uncrossing out, character names and trying to figure out who's not around anymore. As far as profile checks go and going to gauge gained equipment, kekkai reapproved stats, and new Jutsu, Kono's testing Shima's system and assigning people by lot to check another particular character as he/she levels up and gains new items. If it turns convenient, that'll save trouble of one person for each village going through numerous profiles.
There's a reason why a name listing exists on the first post of profile scrolls. You aren't going to find every profile in existence, because some do not exist anymore or are no longer played (as for Carlos and Gig unsure of whether to keep characters to an incident I rather care not to elaborate) and as far as custom Jutsu goes, that's on village Hijutsu scrolls. People are supposed to put Kekkai In-Game information and outline clan bonuses in different color on their profiles, but does that always happen? Do they remember to update Jutsu changes? So villagers are left to counter-check their usual rp comrades.
And why plot-characters and certain NPCS not available to the public kept on the Crew subforum? Why don't you ask Kouri on that. Maybe particularly because we know people quite well enough to design characters particularly to destroy another? Oto herself had quite a memorable case of that happening before...when Will's character struck the Hunter Akane down, behind the scenes, and that had a Vice Captain condoning.
As they say. If one don't know the whole picture, don't bother commenting. Well, what did you expect anyways? Praise? Gratitude? Really, that's already a rather pompous an assumption. Simply by your very words, 'every' you are already making an assumption. As for the 'everyone else has no clue about', another assumption, that pertains if you are coming from across the village borders, assuming other Kages do too in case of necessity, I give villagers what they need to rp when I'm not around (if they don't save, not my concern).
Then it comes down simply as to, seeing as you think it's linear expansion, why are you in another village anyways. Thus it is, don't expect to know everything, from security defense systems to everything, because, things change, obviously. And if you are visiting, that's why it's encouraged to do thorough research every time first. That'll save a lot of trouble from dealing with haranguing of foreign villagers in the future for "spaces in updates" to the 'massive scroll'.
And Hiro, I know well enough from one of your first returning messages just about how 'well' you do research.

Oto herself had quite a memorable case of that happening before...when Will's character struck the Hunter Akane down, behind the scenes, and that had a Vice Captain condoning. You ramble. I don't care about any of this. Quote: As they say. If one don't know the whole picture, don't bother commenting. Well, what did you expect anyways? Praise? Gratitude? What I expected was not some shitty reply from someone who seems like they are having a bad day. I meant to propose an idea where people could post their profiles so no one had to do wild ******** goose chases. FOR EXAMPLE, "Rialto Star". I wanted to see these puppets he made from the masters. That's it. I didn't want anything more. So I searched.. EVERY village. No Rialto Star. This character seems to not exist, yet they made two puppets out of some of the most powerful entities in this game. I understand keeping the master's profiles secret, but that's it. For some random person to hide their profile for no reason is stupid. Quote: Then it comes down simply as to, seeing as you think it's linear expansion, why are you in another village anyways. That'll save a lot of trouble from dealing with haranguing foreign villagers in the future for "spaces in updates" to the 'massive scroll'. This, again, is rambling. What is your point? I don't get how four sections of your post had NOTHING to do with what we were talking about. And I'm not going to pay attention to your edit, because it too does not pertain to anything we are talking about. What exactly are you trying to get at here? And please cut the bullshit from your reply, because I don't like sifting through it.

Had it ever came across you to even consider ASKING Carlos himself? Or perhaps that maybe there could be a case that he never finished the puppet versions of the Masters' profiles due to a near three month absence from the guild? Or perhaps trouble yourself to read the line that Carlos WAS indeed inactive AND away, hence with the constant change of Kazekages, three in the span of months, undoubtedly Star's profile is no longer in Suna and had not been there since Kouri's Kage took Suna back from the Wind Master. (Also I doubt you hardly need to worry about Carlos coming after any of your characters any time soon. Trivial matters.)
The point is, I'm considering from a more broader perspective. Face it, Rialto Star won't be the only one you'll look for in the future. In plain English, since reading among lines appear to be trouble, what is the last thing I'm interested in seeing is other people facing bull from you due to poorly tracked updates. People disappear. That is what the insert was referring to, by the way, your apparently-brilliant aptitude for research.

Or, y'know, you could have just told me that and stopped this whole thing from blowing out of proportion.
Do you like getting in arguments with people?

Whatever. How about next time I propose an idea, you give me a reason not to.
I would pay attention to that then some random bullshit spread on the surface of my computer screen.

confused In case you weren't refering to "who's eponine?" when you said you were kidding, In the muscial Le miserables, (Long story) there are two proteginists, one being (Somthing french that I won't even TRY to spell) Prisoner 42601 and then his adopted daughter Cosette. Aside from everything in the ENTIRE story pulling at your heart strings, Cosette was raised at an inn before 42601 found her (long story) in a sort of Cinderellish way, except instead the step mother it was the coolest innkeeper EVA.(Who's also a thief and cad.) but I like him any way, he's got style, and his evil wife. Any way I'm rambling. Eponine is the innkeepers daughter and unlike the wicked step sisters was actually nice and liked Cosette. The problem comes years later after 24601 saved her, when Cosette and Eponine fall for the same man. And that man, (Maruis)(not even touching how sad his life is) is head over heels for Cosette. Eponine is torn obviously, and only in her final moments, after she takes a bullet for the pair, (yes both of them) is she able to confess her feelings and die in one the saddest musical numbers ever... Seen here Just great...now I went and watched it... crying Anyway... scream I WAS FIVE!! lol
