I know what you mean, though. Originally Wyndom was terrible at conversation. I made him simply for fighting, and he had no sort of social life.
Now he at least knows speech - although carrying on a conversation wouldn't be his strong point. He seems to be the more loner, study-type.
I'm working to change that, though.
He needs a lot more depth, haha.

I dislike chatting for too long with my characters. But I've had plenty of conversation time with Sabriel, back in the day when I was in the Arena of Fighters. Also had a lot of conversation time with Naomi, a lover of Light's when I was a part of the Gaian Fighters. Although I can't say the majority of Lucas' depth came from stuff like that. It was actually from certain fights and adventures. So take that as you will.

I guess I mean more like...Wyndom seems to travel from fight to fight, he never did anything outside of a fight until he joined HvH, and even that started off...against Rogziel - a fight.
I want him to also fight with less powers and more brains. Just kinda...straightening up his character overall. Making him more realistic. -Nods-

Yes...I went through the same phase. Light had...a lot of options under his belt in a fight. They became useless in a fight against one of Riddle's characters who essentially beat me with one hand.
Crazy, right?
From then I focused simply on using one ability and honing my experience with it to tackle on my opponents. Instead of having a weak tool to handle multiple situations I made one very strong and reliable tool to do the same thing.
Electromagnetic Wave Radiation can be a very powerful and versatile element. But it was my cunning that made it dangerous.
From there I worked on some melee skills. Something simple and effective...I would later learn to take the simplicity of boxing and photokinesis to combine them.
More recently I have branched from light to heat and then to learning pyrokinesis. I have often mused the thought of learning how to wield electricity as that would not be too distant an element from EMR and Thermal energy. Really, they're like cousins. Electricity, Heat, and Light.
But I figured it was either lightning or fire...and I wanted to hone my tactics as a fighter. Fire is incredibly common and is laughably easy to deal with in the Gaiaverse. So that pushes me to fight harder while holding on to the simplicity of my elements.
I suppose I should pick up wielding a sword again...but I prefer having gauntlets/armored fighting gloves these days. Although I do miss being able to crack someone's kneecaps. pirate

unfortunately not....
I thought Fuuinshin changed into King's Guard after a fight with Inferno in Kry where you obtained some kinda Phoenix (apparently was able to revive people or something of the like?) which then bonded with Fuuinshin and turned it into King's Guard?
Nevertheless, that was all a long time ago, so I wouldn't be at all shocked if I'm wrong. XD

Just giving a heads up, my posts are gonna be nothing besides basic stuff, a lady's group me and my father teach, are going to state, next weekend, and we are requested and asked to join them and watch them at state, and we are thinking of going, so besides packing, and getting ready to head off to that, hence why i might be alittle slow.
That and some student's are having a rough time, and im spending time with them, so parden the lack of posts for a bit, i will try to bang out a few tonight, if i have the time to do so, so sorry for the little wrench x_X i will try to get the monkey's to get to work.
