I played rock band....
The T.v. was off... The guitar was funky to me..

And I went the the mario galaxy thing, but the wii was like, 'omg plug this into crontroller 1' and it already was.
I was all 'eff it.

The guitar is broken.
The drums work, but the TV has a lot of lag, and it doesn't calibrate for lag like Guitar Hero did.

You could have gotten an employee to help. We went and played it. Galaxy rox. crying

If anyone has any questions about Galaxy, just ask. I haven't played a ton, but I've played two hours, and I've seen a lot on it.

Rock Band was kinda fun, although Easy mode on the drums was kind of hard. The TV's lag may have had a little to do with it, but I'm just not used to having four notes. It was on the PS3, and amazingly, it had long load times, and even while on an HD LCD TV, it didn't look very impressive.

I think Rock Band is gonna suck, personally.

I don't think it'll do all that well, because the main experience is four player. No one is going to want to do the microphone that plays Guitar Hero, for a fear of risking their masculinity. Personally, I was infuriated when I found the demo didn't have the mic.

It only had one guitar and one set of drums.

I think rockband'll do well.

The drums, i just saw the notes and tried to just play them on beat, worked for most of the time, kind of.

It's Guitar Hero + Drums + Singstar. It'll sell alright.

LF has a point... Rockband has much more limited songs, because it's not the popular name... It might be an awesome concept, but it's just not gonna do well unless it picks up some awesome songs... or you know lots of good ones... that one they were singing at E3 was either really terrible, or it was just that fat lady's singing....
