Kaze's loli runs for the candy. With her in such close proximity, he is unable to attack. Kuzo laughs at him in an over-dramatic fashion, letting the loli make off with the candy. Kuzo soils himself after realizing he's defenseless. He blacks out in his own mess. Thinking the day is won, Kaze boasts to himself forgetting that his child is off running with candy in her mouth. She trips and chokes on the candy cane. Kaze soon finds her blue, lifeless body and mourns eternally...
...so no one wins...

Gotham tries to devour Kuzo, but Kuzo puts his cane in the way instead, giving the plant a blast of minty-fresh justice. Kuzo kicks the plant in the head while its fingers are sticky and stomps it back to the ground.
