I love the setting of the household you described. It's so detailed. I can see it all very clearly in my mind.

Meriko The rest of my day looks much like yesterday...sit on the couch with my foot propped, and while away the hours with Gaia and my sketchbook. Ah, Deadliest Catch. That show makes me feel guilty for eating crab. o_O; It's like...someone died for this crab leg. Awa... *loses appetite* The show is about Alaskan crab fishermen. It's the most dangerous job in the world, I think, with the average being one life lost per week in the fleet.
Yea... I watched a marathon of it then went to go eat sushi, and I just stared at it thinking... someone might have died getting this crab for me... But then my friends father pointed out something. He said something along the lines of, "Well, don't put their risk to waste, because if the crab wasn't sold, then they would be out of a job, or risking their lives for nothing."
Oh, and Nami, its on the discovery channel right now in a marathon.

Masquerade Letalus:  I imagine Lord Kisan would have more than a few social events, since part of making money is having the right connections, not to mention the need to trot out Merro in front of prospective "buyers." Letalus would just stand off to the side, hands behind his back, still as a statue, waiting for his lord's demands.

Meri: Pretty much. D< It's mostly like, your character HAS to have this ability if its a doctor, or it HAS to have this other ability if its a nurse...leaves no room for creativity. I get the fact that it's based on the whole 'Trauma Center' video game or something, but jeez. That's just taking it too far. [/rant]
