Rune Chime On to the next challenge! No I did not as Nariana pointed out I totally did this on the fly. I figured that it would be okay since Maerua wrote I think in the Welcome thread that the role play it's a mixture of cannon, fanfic and something else I forgot...So I went with current cannon. Yay :3 The thing you forgot was 'original content'. There's a whole other setting (Serole, a floating island that was formerly orbiting the planet, now in a separate dimension full of floating islands) that I created and it has some importance in the RP. Maybe I should ask Angelo to get the rope. wink

What if later on we have another, bigger raid that we can't handle, so in a last attempt, we all manage to retreat back to Serole through the secret portal?? : O EDIT: ..... classified_fu

Nariana What if later on we have another, bigger raid that we can't handle, so in a last attempt, we all manage to retreat back to Serole through the secret portal?? : O I actually have a portal raid planned, just not affecting HQ. It'll be more like another place linked to Serole through the portal network gets literally bugged and a horde of locust-like aliens are released into the kingdom. The kingdom's new armor sphere goes into effect, the portals are shut down to prevent any more from coming in or leaving, and it plays out like any survival horror plot (think of our Halloween plot, but in a less modern and more magical setting). But it's more than likely going to happen when there's nothing else going on, because it WILL take a while. Alternatively, it could be made into an RP of its own. Although an HQ-centered raid with Serole Imperial Guard backup is fine too. I don't think the castle folks would appreciate it though.

Saw that up there. emotion_donotwant Those are two toootally different plots. I definitely wanna do the bug infestation/invasion. If we didn't get backed into a corner at HQ during the vampire attack, what else could we do to continue the chaos? Cuz this was just the beginning! Right?!

If we didn't get backed into a corner at HQ during the vampire attack, what else could we do to continue the chaos? Cuz this was just the beginning! Right?! Yeah. They both relate to portals though. There's even the possibility of stringing the two together.

Scenario 2: Vampires come bigger and badder, corner us, we look to portal, escape, end up fighting alien bugs while fretting over vampires. neutral ...of course, it sounds more like something a sadistic DM would do in a campaign sweatdrop Scenario 3: Vampires come bigger and badder, corner us, we look to portal, and we get SIG reinforcements. Later, we go there for a break and soon alien bugs. SIG and paladins(!) join forces with us.

I'm really digging the idea of both of those plots though! Sounds like some killer fun for the future!It may be a thing if people like it enough. The most likely scenario will be the third that we just agreed on, runner-up pick is Scenario 2. Now I remembered that I wanted to tektek some paladins and SIG units. Thanks lol.

whoo time for work
so, I tried this earlier but it got drowned by other stuff.
I am lost on the rp, so I was wondering if somebody could give me a short summary or a good place to start reading to catch me up. Honestly, I like skotti a a character, so I might just assume him again, but way lower his power level to make him more realistic.
