peoplers maybe it's like a thing for working at gaia? you can't be able to read anything or you have to be a d**k? ¤════════════════════════════¤
I'm starting to think that's what it takes to work at Gaia. xD I mean really, they don't communicate well, they obviously don't listen very well. They don't pay attention to their customers half the time and give the excuse that they are backed up. You've got hacking cases that last longer than 6 months to over a year.. while some, with the exact same case, get their's settled in a few weeks.. It's just poorly run.  ¤════════════════════════════¤

o3o the ones that get settled in a few weeks happen because those are the users who are loud and obnoxious. It's just like the TP issue. Those who bitched and moaned in SF got their restored within the same week as issued.

I also think if they are supposed to work for a company and are the face of the company to the users if all they can do is cuss it really doesn't say anything for them or the company with their clear lack of vocabulary

Profanity is covered by PG-13 rating also PG-13 on gaia isn't the same as for the rating for movies and video games.

I suppose. But someone who is supposed to be employed by the company to help run the site and then swears at the people who are essentially customers is not only rude but bad business practice. It also shows a complete lack of vocabulary on there part to not be able to use words that are more sophisticated than swear words.

I completely disagree. Some situations call for off color language like when you're dealing with trolls or assholes the public in general. A lot of people respond better to "you're a d**k, stop your bitching and GTFO" than "Sir, I think you're being unreasonable because of blah blah and because blah we can't blah have a nice day" The first actually gets them to leave a lot faster than the latter and if you really have no intention to keep them as a customer (because lets face it they probably weren't to great to begin with) its just easier for all involved.
Also, mods are just volunteers. You really can't blame them since they get s**t on all the time and for what? Nothing, that's what. They don't get paid and I can't imagine them putting their modding on gaia as experience.
