For me...attempting to stay awake the whole day and hanging out with family that came out from Oklahoma and Illinois. ^_^ I haven't seen all of them in about three years...it's my grandpa's aunts, one of their husbands, and a close friend of theirs I think.
^_^ You?

Oh...drink some caffeine? @~@ I hope you have fun, though!
I live too far away from my family to visit them this year (flying is SO expensive these days...) and there will be a big fireworks display just 10 miles or so away from my apartment, so I'll probably stay in, fix up my leftover homemade chicken nuggets and watch the fireworks from the comfort of my own home.

That sounds nice and quaint. ^_^ I doubt we'll see any fireworks anywhere here...*wishes they weren't illegal in San Diego* crying
I miss the good old days where we'd go up to my uncle's house for the 4th...this woman they knew on their block would ask the city if she could block off that street for the day, and we'd have a HUGE block party. And, since fireworks aren't illegal in Lakewood (in LA), at night we'd set off a bunch of fireworks. Those days were fun. ^_^ Water balloon fights, egg tosses, and we had keys to get inside the school across the street, so we didn't have to sneak in like usual. ^_~
Then...they moved. crying Now they're in Long Beach, and fireworks are illegal there. 4th of July has become one of the holidays I don't get very excited about anymore...
I mean, it's not that I'm not festive it's...just lost it's celebration spirit for me...

Sorry for a late response, I was doing the usual morning routine. @~@
Eep, painful wrist? You should definitely be careful. You don't want to develop Carpal Tunnel!
Have a good day!~

We can see fireworks from our bedroom window. <3 It's fun to bring Jonathan upstairs and turn off all the lights and watch him go nuts over the show. And we're far enough off that the noise isn't too frightening for him.
We were at Disneyland for a fireworks show once and it was so freakishly loud that he started crying. I mean heck, I was plugging my own ears! We wrapped his blankie around his ears, turban style, and he seemed to be okay.
*laughs at Letalus* So cute when you're annoyed. XD

Oh, he was barely three when we were at Disneyland. :3 He's a big strapping four and a half year old now.
Merro will get pissed in about 2.5 seconds, yep. ^^;
Oh, and I realized that I skipped over reacting to Taylor's post, so I went back and edited, sorry. It's nothing that would affect Letalus' reaction I think, so I hope that's okay.

BridgeChan Vincent Valentine-Jenova Yay, one more down. Three left! Eee! ^0^! It's Pete and I <3! XD, yep.
Ah, for the 4th, this will be the first time in 5 years that I haven't set off fireworks with my neighbors and friends. Instead I'm heading over to my sisters friends how to watch fireworks with her, because my sister left for the weekend so I'm watching her house. But whats funny, is my mom also left for the weekend, so one of my neighbors has to come over and feed my dogs and birds. XD
