There's no such thing as that. Only the woman that people say that about because they don't want to admit she's hot exactly as she is so they want to compliment her but in a roundabout way that doesn't even sound like a compliment, but it really is because what does losing weight really change about a person or how attractive they are?
Nothing.
I've never heard anyone say "I think she's hot now that she lost weight". I don't think anyone says that. Have you ever had occasion to say that?
