I called her on the phone and she touched herself... Idk how helpful that page will be to you, but it has a chart with the different notes close to the top that might refresh your memory.
I've never really played any instruments but in elementary school we were taught notes and rests and scales, and we sang songs but we never really put it together.. so it was kinda silly. And she taught us the same stuff almost every year. >_> So I have a general understanding but it doesn't do me a lot of good. =P ...I laughed myself to sleep.

Truthfully, it'll probably help me more when I remember how to read music.
I remember rests I think, and maybe some other things,
but I learned it all for Clarinet anyways, so it's probably
different anyhow.

xD I actually never read music right anyways back then.
It was a stubborn little brat, and made my own way of
reading music. But hey, if it got me to first chair, I don't
think anybody should have complained.

I called her on the phone and she touched herself... xD I've never been fluent with reading music but I can understand what things mean for the most part.. if that makes sense at all. I have to count each time to know what letter it is, and I know what the notes are... but I couldn't put it to use. I can't read fast and I don't know what the notes sound like off hand, I know higher up on the scale sounds higher and all that but if you tell me to sing/play an F I'll just give you a blank stare. ...I laughed myself to sleep.

but if you ask me anything higher, I'll be lost....
I can kind of read things still I guess...
But that might just be because I pick up quickly on
rhythms and pitches.

I called her on the phone and she touched herself... Yeah, in order for me to sing something I need to hear it.. even then I don't have good.. err.. sound quality? I guess you could call it that. I suck at singing alone but I've done fine in choirs. That way my crappy voice blends in with all the others. =P ...I laughed myself to sleep.
