...so it's actually something insanely complex, like "if Dungeon Master is wearing blue, then roll die to set incidental weather conditions. If DM rolls 5 or higher, set "Static Electricity" for winter and autumn, "Humidity" for spring and summer and "Random Space Time Continuity Failure" for non-weather affected conditions" and "once incidental weather condition is set, each player rolls a Mood die. If traveling with a significant other, the opponent gets to roll two extra Mood die against you. If significant other is female, the opponent gets to roll ten extra Mood die. For every three points, opponent gets to raise a stat for the actual action roll."

Sorry for a lag on my part, had to run out and get something from the store before it closed.
So, shall I roll an opposed check or would you just like to take the money and run?

The first thing that turned me off of 4.0 was the Alignment changes...they took away most of them. crying I'd written down all my my possible character alignments (from my stories), and I was really bummed to find they narrowed it down to Good, Lawful Good, Neutral, Evil an Chaotic Evil. What if I wanted a Lawful Evil or Chaotic Good character, huh? >_< I never played WoW, but Greg and the others agree that the new D&D is basically a tabletop MMO...no longer the way it used to be.
It was funny, Jack was going around stealing from people, and I knew that my character Stadd would be trying to watch him. So I had to roll twice, one for Jack's ability to steal, and the other for if Stadd saw him. Jack rolled a nice high number...Stadd rolled a 1. gonk It took her about...five times before she saw him.

It involves your stats (Strength, Dex, etc) and then ranks that you put into the skill (with bonuses for having so many ranks in certain areas) Then you roll a d20, and combine your roll with your overall score (Combination of your bonus from your stat and the ranks/bonus points in ranks) Then, depending on the action, you roll opposed checks @_@ Konami Shojou Sorry for a lag on my part, had to run out and get something from the store before it closed. So, shall I roll an opposed check or would you just like to take the money and run? I like to be sporting, so if you want, roll opposed. If not, as the lyric goes... "Go on, take the money and run~!"

Actually I like it, there are no extreme sides of the gammat now. Just Good, evil and unaligned.
