Makes sense, I just thought I'd ask. I'd been gone from Gaia for almost a year now. Got entirely caught up in work and then the hunt to find a new job. Thanks for responding =]

So i'm starting up a Saga game over either yahoo im or skype (not sure yet). anyone interested in a fairly regular game?

I think I'm game for that, is Saga like the original movies timeline? Also, I won't be at home and able to use Skype until the 19th of July. So I wouldn't be able to join then, and depending on various time zones and what time I would need to be on it might not even work for me until the 21st.

I can't really do stuff like that. Real-time RPing like that requires too much attention that I can't give because I'm all over the place pretty much all night long.

I was wondering where your RPing portion is. I know you said you are not RP heavy, but I was just curious. This guild is so massive, I am a little confused as to what to do now. lol.

We don't have any RPs currently going. The last few ended up getting retired after a while, and we're not getting the activity right now to really start any more.
If you wanna see some of the past RPs though, look at the Chimera's Memory Banks subforum.

And happy Bday to Cale. yay.
But yeah, a lot of RPing went to the wayside as drama became an issue on the guild. Then some of us got into just tabletop, which really doesn't do well on forum based posts. So it's rather vague anymore.

Ooooh. Understood. I would have loved to RP being a Republic Captain or General Commanding a Nebula-Class Star Destroyer. I love that class ship.

We've been trying. That's part of what made the last few RPs fail. People would be active, and even promise to stay active, but then that activity would prove to be short-lived.
Plus consider that right now is the summer nearing the end of July. People might be off doing things to prepare for their next year of school, or spending time with family, etc.

I'd like us to have RPs again, like back when we did the 1st 2 CotGCW RPs.
As in, good RPs that actually get to the end of the plot because people stay active enough and nothing has to get retired early. That's happened a bit too frequently after those 2 RPs.
