Well we were talking about having him help me get my sharingan going so I don't think my character would want to team up with someone that tried to kill her. But that isn't set in stone yet. lol

But...I has insomnia...if I get off my pc I'm just gonna lay here for another 6 hours. Bored and in the dark. crying and I don't like the dark...Especially since I have 5 cats that sleep in my room and like to wake up and walk around and stare at me with those shiny eyes of theirs....

Shinsua It's late, Leena, go to beddy bed. Conductor: Raiden is refunded 5 chakra for every Raiton jutsu he uses or is hit by. This is Oath Personal Attribute what do you think of it Shin? I think I could approve it if he removed that it refunds chakra when used and only when hit.

It seems fine, though it should have a note that it doesn't refund for Rank E techniques, otherwise they'd be free. If he's getting hit by lightning techniques, he's probably taking a good amount of damage, lest he's got some sort of way to brush off the zap.
