Bleh, talking about junk food vs. good food makes me feel like a bad person because I've been pretty sloppy when it comes to that too xD Not extreme, but not too careful either. But I can't gain weight at all anyway.

I'm not a fan of junk food. I never had it as a child and when I grew up it never appealed to me all that much.

I was fed a lot of junk food as a child--I won't even tell you how it began. It's embarrassing redface --But through out the years I've learned to limit my junk food intake and up my veggie intake; I'll try to have a salad once a day. :3

I wish I could do more salads. My lover is not one for veggies. So sad.

I have my own recipe. I just eat lettuce and tomato. Before cutting them I mix in the "dressing" which consists of apple cider vinegar, corn oil, salt and pepper. Whisk it together then toss the salad with the dressing and done! biggrin
EDITed: My mom likes to add sugar to *her* version of the dressing. But I wouldn't recommend it. gonk

Only if it won't effect your job? I've been living on cold food-mainly soft fruit and veggies. My favorite, Mashed potatoes/corn/green beans, it's too hot to eat. We've had an onslaught of 95+ degrees, and the rain, when we get a decent chance of it, evaporates before it hits the ground. The humidity is killing us.

It won't affect my job BUT I can't go swimming with it... Nope, I'll wait until fall. All this talk about food drives me crazy! I LOVE food! And I'm not jealous of your weather.

I've never made chicken filet. My mom used to; she'd buy them ready made from some "around the corner" market. She tried to make the homemade one time and failed miserably gonk
