He grunted a little bit and looked at her questioningly. A moment later he realized what his hand had been doing and shook his head a bit. Carefully he brushed off the dirt from his hands and gave a bit of a chuckle. "...So... How are you?" He asked, trying to make conversation despite how little he talked. Company was enjoyable, and because of the way he looked not many people wanted to spend time with him. It was a old, yet new feeling at the same time.

"I am pleased to be in the company of a friend." she replied softly, looking to him with a smile. Tilting her head, she could not help but be even more curious. "I continue to wonder if there is more on your mind than what you lead me to believe. I say this not as an attempt to say you should speak more, simply that I have so many thoughts rolling around my own mind I find it necessary to speak my observations and voice my curiosity that I cannot imagine remaining silent or speaking so few words as you." she said, watching him with a happy smile. She decided to readjust how she was sitting and, seeming to have completely forgotten about the aching and pain in her hands, she used both as leverage to move herself, regretting it an instant later as more pain surged through her hands, feeling as if it went straight up her arms. Wincing, she bit her lip and quickly moved her hands again to a comfortable position, waiting for the throbbing to lessen again. With a sharp sigh, she resumed watching Axel with a kind smile.

As he contemplated what she said, he watched her movements. Noticing the obvious pain in her hands made him wince a bit. When she smiled to him he nodded his head and looked away from her. "... I do have many thoughts... Most are for myself... I observe things so that I may live peacefully and reflect upon it in silence." After speaking he nodded his head again and leaned against the sword more, causing it to tilt backwards a little bit. "... I have found that... saying and doing what I want leads to... unnesessary pains... When I am silent people do not judge me." He spoke clearly, but trailed off several times. For some reason he did not want to open up... probably from the insticts the Gigantos had gained over time.

"I believe I understand. There are .. many reasons for many to say or not say many things. There was a saying someone said to me once, which may be a bit extreme, but I know it is something at least one other male in the world believed. 'It is better to remain silent and be thought a pig, rather than open your mouth an oink.' Though .. I do not know how much I would agree with such a sentiment." she said softly, watching him also. She realized that he seemed to wince as she did. "My apologies if my pain bothers you, I shall not press on my hands again tonight." she said cheerfully, smiling with this to show him she was sincere in wanting him to feel happy.

"... Do as you wish..." He said simply, really not used to people doing things for him. He then nodded at what she said about the pig, smiling a bit even if it was hidden under the scarf. His eye lit up only for a moment, then became somewhat dull again. "... Why... are you training?" This question had just hit him. Never had he really known why she began to train, and now he was curious about the answer.

"I have to know as much as possible about everything .. that is the only way I can help others. Much of what I expected to do in my life is help those who are fighting .. be it through diplomacy or fighting along side them, that is the only thing I can see myself doing .. apart from teaching and simply helping others with anything that they need otherwise. I know magic .. I do not know how to fight with my hands and with weapons. It is time to learn." she said softly, looking to him with a kind smile.

It was this that got the Gigantos to laugh loudly. He leaned against the blade even more, causing it to almost dig the earth up from beneath it and fall flat. Why he was laughing so hard no one could say, but it did seem to amuse him greatly. After a few moments he regained his composure and scrathed his head a little bit. "...Sorry... Why make your life so... difficult?" The Gigantos asked, looked down at her with a curious eye.

As he began to laugh, her smile slowly faded, but she looked away to hide this. Gently wrapping her arms around her knees again, she was silent for a moment before replying. "What do you mean? I am free to do as I please and these things are what interest me. When successful, it is incredibly rewarding."

Axel paused for a very long time, pulling a bit at his scarf. After a long while he removed it completely and wrapped it around his hand. The scar that went down his eye seemed to coninue down his face and neck, making a rather greusome scar. He also had very sharp teeth, which is probably why he his his mouth from others. There was no need to frighten others more than he already did. "My people have a saying... 'Power that is used to help others ultimately destroys the weilder.' We do not have such a saying to tell others to... mind their own buisiness. The saying is meant to warn my people that no matter how many people we help, if we do not help ourselfs then it will all come crashing down." He looked at her for a moment, the pushed himself to his feet and stretched a bit. "... There is also the saying of 'Knowledge is power, and power corrupts.' I believe this one hits closer to people that you are aquainted with."

"And what would you know about the company I keep?" she asked, looking to him again. A stern, yet somehow still kind expression on her face as she observed him, finding it interesting to see him without the scarf but not disturbed by his appearance, if anything she had more questions but she held off for now. "You have come to this place only recently .. yet you speak as if you know well of others here. Why is this?"

Axel shrugged a bit and looked up into the sky. "... People and places are similar. I saw the battlefield here, the destruction in it... Only people who have searched and obtained power can do that." He shook his head slightly and reached over, placing his hand upon the hilt of his sword. "... You also have the same sent as the most predominant creatures in the battlefield, wich means you have spent time with them."

"I see. Well .." she began but then swung her arms away from her and stood up. "I am unsure how I feel about your words just now. It appears that you wish to judge me, in part, on the actions of others. I .. do not like the thought of that." she said plainly looking to him with a small smile. "Though I could just be in a foul mood presently, given the events of this day. I believe a good night of rest is in order. Thank you for the company, I do enjoy speaking with you." she said respectfully, bobbing her head and saying farewell in the traditional elven way before disappearing with a small pop.

Axel said nothing as she left. With a heavy sigh he sat back onto the ground and thought to himself. Despite the new body and the experiences that this Gigantos had, he still wanted nothing more than to be with her. She did not know who he was, but now he needed to make sure she would never get close enough to him to know. Besides, if she avoided him he would be able to supress his feelings more. "All going to plan... I guess." He said to himself as he closed his eye again.

Walking and reading, she had gone outside of the bar and continued walking as she felt the presence of a dragon somewhere outside. She hoped it would be one in particular, but only time would tell as she would fine another.
