Several reasons.
#1: My mom.
#2: I have a four year old brother who will probably just peel the tape off.
#3: My mom.
#4: I have an idiotic 10 yr.old sister who will probably do the same thing as my brother.
#5: My mom.
#6: I can just see something happen with the tape.

Well I guess you need some better plan.
Like maybe Tying the wires together with rope or an elastic so you only have one big cable lying aorund.

but..
